Know what you Mean......Nothing has a chance to dry out.....I started thinning tomatoes to promote air flow as well as started "trying" to bring the girls in the green house to keep dry, but the random showers are difficult to coordinate.

I love pizza and i love thin crust soft chewy but crispy bottom crust. I purchased the dough from a bakery they blend the flour sell it premade in a bag. I do the rest no i don't have a brick oven LOL.
