Totally agree there needs to be stimulus lest the economy shut down, however. most of the money will be used to ensure the big players will not take a big hit. This money is coming from us and our future generations. Once again, there is a socialist (coming from all of us) bailout of the banking and other big industries to make sure they are not hit too hard. We did this recently with the big tax breaks. All of this money is flowing uphill. It will be interesting to see if there are ANY stipulations associated with receiving bailout money or if it will just be another stock buyback orgy. I think by now everyone realizes that trickle down is a myth.Without customers at the bottom of the barrel with money to spend, no business works. There is a huge transfer of wealth in this country and it's going upwards.

Yea, the last few weeks have been absolutely nuts. I mainly work in the archery department but float to the gun counter when they need help. State put a limit on the number of customers in the store now so it's better. Had lines of over 100 at times. Just crazy.

I agree they should put more thought into being prepared for these things but then thats the government and they quite often don't have our best interest in mind

I haven't watched the news in a couple days. Just BBC headlines. I don't see a reason to watch the news more than every few or more days.

They just put "safer at home" in place for the state (65+ and compromised), they also said 3100 expected to die in Tulsa county alone, and the peck in mid June. CRAP am I glad I have a large yard!

armies dont order tanks and planes the moment they go into war, they prepare beforehand and theyre ready for any situation, the idea its just to do the same with hospitals, yes they have no use for so much medical equipment in a normal day but having a big stock ready for an emergency its not imporssible, its not even asking a lot, we do it with tanks and planes why not hospitals? thats the idea anyway, you can build several hospitals por the price of a F-18 and probably get much more use out of it. we should start preparing for not situations that are not normal like pandemics and natural disasters, puerto rico to new york its huracans, california to wash state its earthquakes, hawai its the volcanoes, mid west its the tornados, and hospitals all over the country. this the US is capable of preparing for theese?? i think so

just because you live there and feel like its part of your identity, but not being able to face criticism is one way to never improve. im guessing you dont have a problem talking about other countries. why would one country be exempt? i understand some people try to be rude and offensive but the US claims to have such a respect for free speech that i think you should be able to respect other people`s free spech and take it chin up like the big boys. thats just my opinion. i love you and have great respect for you youre always nice with everyone and its not fair that people its not nice to you, but thats just life and by getting offended and letting other peoples opinons hurt your feelings you just create a negative vibe in your life. think about politics like you think about music or food, some like some and others dont, and thats alrite. lots of people think the US is a very shitty country and others think its the best in the world, we can all be friends
