Day 78 for all my girls. They are all sending their energies to the buds and fattening them up. Thing 3 took a while but has finally joined the bud making party - all her branches and stems are solid and really thick - she sent me a message this way - "Just try and bend us now dad."

Have a great weekend everyone. Click image for larger version

      Thanks

Just like to add - I've already won - I set out to have a low grow (were you paying attention juicy?) and my tallest is Thing 3 at 22 inches, she might stretch about 2 - 6 Inches more. So, that being accomplished I have no qualms trying it the same way again. Next up will be 3 Purple Stilton, almost time to get soaking them. I'll top em and LST em.

Really happy with my new Optic 4 - it pulled the buds up and is now making them all plump up. Especially like having one cable with a ratchet attachment one each corner of the light. Very easy to raise or lower. And the new Vortex fan - I have to touch it sometimes to convince myself it is running, it is that quiet.

Happy with changing my nutes for fresh ones - makes a difference doesn't it alltatup . Nothing bad to say about General Hydroponics - but they were over 3 years old. Got suckered into buying it by the gallon - still poured some down the drain. Live and learn.

I'm off to make a shitload of spanikopitas. Worst part is taking the stems off each leaf of spinach. Have a nice day everyone.

I bought the smallest container 3 grows ago for $59 Canadian delivered - still have little over half left. Most of my buds average 2 -5 grams.

these girls are doing great. very little defoliation (3 leaves from Thing 2, 6 or 7 from Thing 1). been able to tuck everything, so far. last night, during leaf tucking - I did take some of the lower suckers off. the growth to nowhere
Thing 1 was a little thicker through her lower canopy, took a few more leaves - to open her up

I thought stretch was over, but, this morning - Thing 2 had shot 2 tops up above the rest of the canopy, just below the tallest (in this picture, they look really close together, left of measuring tape, scroll back up to the first picture, both girls side by side - you can see how far apart they really are)

starting to get more pistils every day - some are starting to fatten and stand. even the missus noticed the buds are starting to fatten

if I really look in at some of the buds, I can make out the beginning sparkle of frost on the sugar leaves

    1000w HPS
    20 on / 4 off
    22ish inches to main canopy

running 35% strength "GH Flora Trio, "Mid Bloom", week 7"

      Photoperiod Plants.

      Thing 1 Durban Poison
just flat out taken over the tent, and is rising hell with Foxtail from being to close to the light I have also started to find nanners pushing out on the tops. So I have started to bend the top colas to the edge of the tent. I have been battling extreme temperatures swings that have been shifting too much not making thing easy but I'm thinking I may have them under control now.
She had the shorts veg time at around 38 days. She is on day 81 total, looking at lease 2 weeks more.

Here we are almost 9 weeks old today. She's on week 6 early flower feed I think as of a few days ago @ 75% strength I think. I've got it written down but too lazy to go check my notes.

RH in greenhouse gets to 100% every night, can't have any loud fans around pulling out humidity so the flowering Auto has been thinned out quite a lot. Plenty of light and air around the buds now so they should fill in quite nicely.
Haven't seen any water on her in the mornings now where before every plant was covered in moisture in the morning from the 'rain' in the greenhouse from the high humidity.
All the plants in the greenhouse had a lollipopping of the bottom foot of undergrowth as well as all the big fan leaves taken off the main trunk (too thick to call stems anymore lol) but the auto had a lot more taken off her to increase airflow to hopefully delay the inevitable bud rot. Got a couple of clip ons in the greenhouse for air circulation.

Note book, spread sheet and fairly decent tools for testing, guilty as charge, but I like the spreadsheet (except its MS :-))

      I'll compare things 3 4 5 and 6th vs anyone's plants. Hhahhhajajajaj lol
