I have photoshop and you can remove it in the program i guess I should be doing that . Sorry haven't used the one you say just reading a little line about it *Removes bloated metadata, it's compressing it for you I'd check with a pic to see if the exif is missing.
Iet me know with a pic and I'll let you know
Sorry Rock it's like walking into your house and using the phone)
I was just trimming my plants up and tucking them into bed and I'm munching away on my leaves when this new taste appears it's like a peppery (hints like wines have) spicy I guess I'll say and cut into strips thin ones would spice anything up.
We need to experiment with our precious leaves. They taste so good 🥑

Sorry Bob....as you can see in a previous post, I'm lacking in lots of current generation technical skills. Never heard of EXIF stuff. Hope someone hears your plea! 🌻

That was great CC! I'm far from tech savvy so I will be learning some new tricks thanks to you all. I'll check with Bud Magic for those camera tips. Never imagined before this forum that I would need to get really sharp pics..before this just took garden pics that were sufficiently good enough for my purposes. Thanks again!

how do you all scrub your photos of EXIF stuff? i just downloaded ImageOptim. anyone use that?

Hey Rockman, can I jump in here and make a suggestion for Bob? There is a new member on here that I knew from another site, Bud Magic has some of the coolest methods (DIY) for getting a good picture with your phone. It can take a picture so close that you can check the color of your Trichomes (clear/cloudy/amber)
Hope this leads you to some super cool pictures. Sorry Rockman, I hope that was okay?

thank you, that was really helpful. that last questions is what i'm currently trying to figure out, cuz i wanna do a journal, and if i'm gonna go to the trouble of doing it i wanna do it right (thanks, pop!). i didn't know the fire had that capability. i've been a mac user since 1992 and i know next to nothing about other os's or devices. i'm also worried about EXIF information since i'm in that inbetween space between not being super tech savvy but savvy enough to know what i should be worried about. do you have any suggestions?
i saw a post here recently where someone had put their iphone right up on one of those cheap Carson handheld microscopes and man the pics were unreal. i wonder if it would work with your fire....i don't know, just throwin' it out there.

Great to have you watching the progress Bob....now I'm feeling the pressure to wrap up this grow successfully! 😊 My Fire tablet is what I use for pictures. It has an editing feature where I usually always crop, adjust the brightness, and use the"text" option to insert whatever I want for text. Not the highest quality pics with this tablet, but it's all I have (no smartphone yet). What will you be using for pics? I would imagine most photo applications have an editing tool with them. 🌿

hey rockman, great job! and yes, i'm glad i subscribed---this is a really good thread. i have quick question if you get a chance...and i'm a newbie so if it's something obvious, sorry....how do you get that day description in your photos? that would be incredibly useful for journal purposes. thanks!
