Recommended temps for growing at different stages are the air temps measured in the room. Sticking a thermometer under the lights gives you a rather skewed reading. Makes it difficult in a small tent.
Your plant is looking good, not long till flip now. Try not to burn her with your nutes..I tend to push the light more so than the nutes....remember, light is food for the plant, not the nutes.

The foil does a nice job of deflecting all of the direct heat from the lamp to avoid a skewed reading (smile). I read somewhere that measuring the temps at canopy level was best. Maybe that's debatable. IDK, but if the foil cover isn't there then the reading is off when the probe is placed above the canopy. You're right about light and nutrients, with light being most important, took me a while to figure that out.

Update: She's growing well. I have been trying to follow Nebula's guide to manifolding. I think I'm at the point where she says to give a final minimal cleanup before switching to flower. So, I did a trim in prep for the flip. Because I am not the best at knowing what and where to trim I took off less than what I probably should have. I was thinking I'd veg for a while longer but based on how she's growing I'll make the switch to flower in a couple of more days.

Looking good but its getting away from you with the height not being even. An even height for even light is the goal there.
I like to leave on as many leaves as I can until at least I have buds and only then clear those causing shade to the buds.
Those high ends will probably stretch the most too.

That would be a good plan Ckbrew , and then another net above that, or as I prefer, yoyos to support the colas. He's definitely heading that way.
I do typically give a bit of a trim around now and and pluck leaves off of colas on the ones where the stretch might be trying to get away from me during the stretch. I give another decent trim around 3 weeks or so after flip. That's often the plan but it doesn't always go to plan either.
You've got a good light. What range do you think you'll be able to keep the environment temp and RH wise through flower?

The bowl shape is bothersome. It's the height of those end nodes that is making me cut the veg time a little short. I made the mistake of not tying them down soon enough. Lesson learned for next time. We'll see how the middle plays out during the stretch.
I had not considered a net, I've not used one and would be a learning experience. Any advice or post I can consider/look at? I'm planning to defoliate again at about the 3 week mark into the stretch.
The plan for flower is as much light as she'll take. This light gens some heat, so probably no more than 7 on the dimmer dial. Maybe no higher than 5, depending. I'll try and run the flower period at the upper range around 1000 ppfd. We'll get there by letting the plant grow towards the light til she gets about 15" away and we'll adjust intensity as we go. Temps and RH may be a bit of a challenge as summer comes and goes but we'll shoot for no more than 80ish F during lights on and no less than 70 F during the dark period. RH I'll try an maintain 50% until late flower and then try for 40% but we'll see how it goes. The dehumidifiers will get a work out.

Before net placement. Day 14 after flip. The net is above the plants, plants are given a good defol, then the net is lowered on the plants. The branches are spread sideways, bent, and interlocked in the net. It is what I call a net splat, caus it looks like they got the broom and went splat.
After defol the net is lowered and the plants get hit with a broom and splat. They recover quickly. Later if it can be reached, strip off all growth below the net. The buds just grow and grow.

Update: 6 days after the flip. She's grown about 6" and is now about 18" from the light. I increased the intensity to the 4th click on the dial. PPFD is running 835 on the high end. The middle is progressing nicely. Only the four end nodes are tied down. I haven't installed a net yet, but I will after the defoliation. I fixed a self-imposed PH issue. I'm transitioning her over from veg to flower nutes.

Update: She's 13 days since the flip and is growing well. I've got the webbing in place. Can I get some guidance? I'm undecided, my plan was to wait 3 weeks after the flip, defoliate and lower the net. She looks like she needs it now or in a couple more days. How low do I place the webbing? If I understand Ckbrew's pics it looks like the webbing goes to the top of the shortest colas and the tallest ones are bent over?
