Figuring out grow light usage

Hello all! My name is Chipmunk. And my 1st post ever. I read a lot about growing ganja indoors and Nebula is far above most in my opinion. I am 75 yrs old and have been smoking ganja for 65yrs. I have been growing outside for many of those years. I have been growing inside for @3yrs. Can someone explain to me how to use the following grow light, let's say data points in conjunction with each other? Grow light wattage, distance from canopy and LUX numbers. My brain tells me this is one too many data points. If someone thinks they can straighten out old Chipmunks ganja filled brain over his issue I would sure be thankful!

Since there aren't any details of your setup, I would suggest reading this and then post some more details to get better assistance from the group. I.E.: Light model, grow medium, etc.
