I struggle with light burn I also run a lumatek (Photontek in North America) light. Not that one but I bet the diodes are the same. Just a thought... -

Interesting, I used the paper for a few grows and the last grow I got the diffuser. It seemed to work for me, although I don’t have anything to compare... -
I’m not a fan of the plugs, I used them when I started growing but have since given them up for just paper towel then straight into soil.
