The " lung room " is just the room your tent is in . If the tent is inside you have a lung room.

As long as you run negative pressure in your tent all the exhaust will flow through the filter. That should eliminate all smells. I to have 2 tents in...

Not familiar with those lights but can you dim them until the plants start to recover? You can also download the photon app to measure light intensity...

Looks like the cotyldems popped out before the tap root. Have never seen that before. I would go ahead and plant it to see what happens....
