You're very welcome. They'll upgrade to bigger pots eventually, but there's no point in feeding them these days with all the rain, it'd be a waste. The new grow is set up now so I can focus on building the cover for the tourists outside. Then I will pump them up! Proper.

How do you keep them from stretching to much

Sean Winchester , I think I flagged your post by mistake!!! Sorry about that!
the rain tunnel won't be needed till rainy season in early fall but it'll be pvc frame, clear visqueen, 10'x20' about and 6' height in center, hoping to flower 8 ladies in there
stretching, dunno man, I used bud blood before kinda does that, inhibits stretch and jump starts bud formation, but I don't have the understanding of stretching down enough to try using this again.1 Photox1 LED Cirrus T5 500w, x3 Sun System LEC315, x1 Nanolux LEC315, Saturn 5 controller, x4 6" can vents, 8800 btu A/C, 70 pint dehumidifier

Amazing write-up! Just curious, was the LEC in the middle between all the other lights? It seems like you got really nice yields from it! Loved this journal, and can't wait to hear about how the Sour Diesel improves as it cures. Sirius grew Sour Diesel before and he also got really big buds that ended up being relatively airy. And this was under a 600W HPS! I've had another grower tell me it's just how that strain grows. That being said, the Sour Diesel may be the most potent bud we've ever grown. I think it's Sirius' favorite, he's going to grow it again soon Sometimes it's more about quality over quantity, congrats on a great harvest!

Well thanks my lady, much appreciated. You're definitely right re quality vs quantity. I know where my mistakes were though, mostly impatience, it's a 10 week strain and it barely got 9...

Almost forgot, yes lec was in the middle!

Nebula, are you referring to the Auto Sour Diesel that you wrote up a grow with Critical Jack? That got me wanting to do those after this AK Auto is done in a few weeks.

Hey Sean, well that's where my frustration came from with this grow. Full state required testing costs $350 per strain per harvest up to 10lbs. Dispensary buy it for up to $2000 a lb, with barely half a lb, it wasn't worth testing. The city is saturated with good weed. I could and most likely will pay for a simple thc test, $75, but not in the budget yet.

Half a pound, did you kick yourself for pulling early?
I got that from two autos in 60 or 63 days last year, can't remember which one it was. Still surprised at how that grow turned out for my first one considering I didn't accurately measure temps, didn't check RH or use any bloom boosters.

I've never tried this company myself, but they've been in the news a few times and it sells simple THC/CBD/CBN tests for $40 each! It requires about 1 gram of flower for testing (which I'm pretty sure you won't get back) but other than that seems like a good deal! I would definitely email or call them to get a better explanation of the accuracy and answers to any questions http://www.sdpharmlabs.com/pages/products

Final report. Final results minus what I already smoked. 3 weeks in big jars, 66%rh, smells are coming along nicely but not super potent. High is great, slight edge but manageable if coffee intake is lowered. Pain control is excellent. Keeps me buzzing too!
I just downsized the jar size as the buds were smooching each other under their own weight.
Some of it will be turned into hash this week end...Last edited by LuckyAcres; 04-20-2017, 11:40 AM.x1 LED Cirrus T5 500w, x3 Sun System LEC315, x1 Nanolux LEC315, Saturn 5 controller, x4 6" can vents, 8800 btu A/C, 70 pint dehumidifier

What where you growing in the 15 gallon pots and do you think it makes a difference in large pots

IMO it only matters if the veg period matches the size of the pot. Growing a plant for 2 weeks in veg in 15gallons is a waste of soil and nutes. Growing for 3 months in veg in 1gal is a crappy harvest guaranteed. In other words the canopy size will match the root system size. Pots can be a restriction on growth.
2 Sour Diesel and one big dirty, all vegged 3+ months. Smaller pots were vegged half that time.

well put, Lucky, sir....and beautiful harvest!
