I finally went and got some solo cups now all I need is some rat shot for a 22 lol ,I think a drill will work to but just not as fun ,I looked this morning and I saw one of the cbd plants is starting to grow a tail , here's a question how long does everyone let the tail get before planting (yes I know its a tap root lol) ,I let mine get to between a 1/4 and a 1/2 ,I have had them get much longer and was still able to plant without breakage

This is how I do it now as well. After about 20 hours, they start to crack then they go straight into soil in solo cups then covered with saran wrap, I don't dick around with paper towels anymore. It's one less step, less chance of human error getting rooted seed from towel to soil and it has improved my time from seeds in package to standing plants by 12-24 hours. -
LOL, I always keep a couple of boxes of .22 shotshell on top of the piano and the .22 on the piano bench. I look like Bill Murray, but hunting those pesky red squirrels.

1 3x3x6 tent- used in late spring for seedlings both veggies & weed. I have 2 viparspectar 450r for that tent.
I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers
Currently using fish/guano during veg growth & FF Grow Big 6-4-4 teens to bloom. Once i see pre-flower i switch to
Age Old Organics Bloom 5-10-5

I'm interested, and will be keeping an eye on this, its a step up from a pellet and watching for roots and dealing with not damaging them as I uppot

trying these new (to me) coco pellets. Soaking in treated/pH'd water. The hole is really large
2 different cuts Trainwreck (left) and Cream and Cheese CBD (right). Dipped in some mycorhizae powder, and into the plug. Had to massage the plug to get the coco on the stem - they may get a wrapping
Deep down in my heart of hearts, I really want to see where the Trainwreck will take me (currently considering taking a 'just in case cut

I officially HATE ice storms! 2007 we had an inch, power lines down, 1 home had no power for over a week, I still have broken limbs hanging in trees. Many 150 year old trees went down, sounded like a rifle shot followed by the crash of limbs hitting the ground. IF we must have this weather, give me snow! -

Just so you know I will not be starting my cup till around the 15th. I'm going up to visit Retodd next friday. He will start his then and I'll make a clone when I get back. I'm not worried about the missed days. I'll catch up quick.
That being said we did start a few at the farm. They are Critical CBD. I'll take some pics next time I go out that way. My brother in law decided to throw some in even though he isnt a member here. He really did it so we could see if we could get that strain certified as required by the state to be under .3% thc. Usually they can be 10% thc but we have a few tricks up our sleeves.You may win the race, but you pass all the best things in life on the way.Comment

Came back from an all day trip to find all 3 seeds cracked. Into the cups they went and only 1 left for tomorrow as i have to dig out my 3rd growing medium before planting.
All 3 seeds in their little red cups and in 3 different mediums. coco/perlite, clay pebbles/rockwool and easyplug block. Remo Nutrients and under 33 watts of 5800K , 2000 lumens of Led bulbs. 80% RH, 22CAttached FilesLast edited by JohnEmad; 01-04-2020, 03:41 PM..Comment
