Hey homegrown. Thanks. I spend a lot time in the Adks and seen some incredible shows there. And I used to kick around up in the tundra going after caribou and seen them nightly there. Too much light pollution here in this part of the state. Never thought of looking with the phone camera though.

Bowhunterwoody, they do look frosty with a flash, but sure dont look that nice without lol...and i found that my phone camera is the only way to see the Northern lights and get that kind of color. If your looking at them with the naked eye their VERY hard to see. Try your phone next time and see if it helps. Love CT, have relatives in Gales Ferry.

Thank you Ckbrew, im just happy these plants are done lol. The harvest will be minimal this year...just a shitty grow season. I'm gonna give the wash a try, thrips were out of control from some bag dirt.leaf miners, leaf hoppers, etc. Even lost one plant to Broad mites ffs.

Nice & frosty. Cool pics. Couldn't see them here in CT.

This is the end...its nipply out, been raining for 4 days. Daytime temps- 58 Night-35. Does anyone have a good bud wash concoction for outdoor weed? Some northern lights for your enjoyment!8 Photos

Starting week 6 on Apple Truffle Breath. I still can't believe the stretch on these. The clones on the left were just potted up and will be this tall in 3 weeks. I can't believe the frost already with white buds.
My little propagation closet is just chugging too. My sea of green is live lol.
Last 5 gal plant till sea of green. Ayahuasca purple. On flush coming down in 1 week.
I do have to say. I'm glad I'm done with the Ayahusca. It was difficult and the crankiest strain ever for me. BUT THE YIELD! The heaviest and most dense thing from my garden.
I mean I fit 1/4 pound in 2 jars. It's not overly sparkly but dense and resinous.
Handle with care lolLast edited by FurnaceBoi; 10-14-2024, 12:35 PM.

It is exhausting that is for sure and it's not a great sight to see so many buds that didn't make the grade. They may never have made the grade even in a well managed grow, I don't know, as most of these are lower branches that just happened to stretch so far up into the light in veg that I was able to keep them above the net when I transferred them into the flower room. I could have cut them back but I think if I spent the many hours doing that I don't think I could have produced any more than I have. Member also, these were CLONES.
It's my view that a well managed grow given the same veg and flower time would have produced similar yields and quality using less electricity to run AC and dehumidifier & nutes but it wouldn't have produced anywhere near the amount of trim and usable material for edibles that I have here.
It was a fun experiment that came about because I couldn't move all these clones into the flower room when I needed too nor could I flip them in the cupboards. That was frustrating, really difficult to manage with the environment and used a lot of nutes.

Finished jarring the first 4 days of harvest and jars are looking good at 58 to 62% bit over 1.95kg so far or almost 69oz
Harvested and trimmed another batch today, much smaller than the last lot of harvests and fiddly to trim.
Will comfortably exceed 1gm per watt.
Should be pretty close to 5lb for 5 plants, maybe a bit more. Lots of crappy stuff that I won't jar as well in the below pics, not enough light or space to grow and damaged stems unfortunately.
I'm not going to give what's left much more time, it'll go into the trim bin.
