You guys could only imagine how freaked out I was. I was on a FaceTime with one of our fellow growers when it was discovered and we were both tripping out! I had quite a few Coronas in me at the time...lol. I haven’t looked at them yet today. My body has been dealing with a lot of spasms, so still in bed. The smoldering didn’t get to the roots of SR, but all the toxic fumes were stuck in there for hours. You can see the browning on JR’s leaves and the main stem on the right side of SR is fucked. I guess time will tell.

I have size restrictions so it may surprise you to learn my whole room is 50sqft, the tent is 3x4x6, with a 2x2x3 seed/veg area. It truly is all about working with what you have, training them to the space, giving the maximum amount of light the space can handle and ensuring you have a proper environment. I can run four plants in that tent at a time with a 600w hps and they can reach around 3ft in height before light stress.

I haven't been as active this week - Life has been, well, life
I did make time to keep up with this thread
Everybody's plants looks good (or sounds good - for the no picture updates)
Retodd : so glad you caught it before any real tragedy
(I am reminded that I need a fire extinguisher in my grow room, actually bumping it to the top of my 'parts' list)
On with the weekly update....
my Things:
Royal Gorilla Automatic (Royal Queen Seeds)
50% Indica / 30% Sativa / 20% Ruderalis
56-70 days after germination
not the best of pictures. doesn't really show anything, other than they are plants
Thing 1

Thing 2
51 days from seed
Thing 1 is taking her time.
I was rather brutal with her training - i was keeping her branches fairly flat. So - understandably she is still having a hard time figuring out where her tops are.
as I sit here in the garden, enjoying my coffee, writing my post - I can look over at her and say I actually see 'stretching' since yesterday
pistil production is slow - I have to hunt to find them (but they are being produced)
Thing 2 is powering along
less brutal with her training - I was keeping her tied down, but always allowed the tips to be higher than the stalk (if that makes sense?)
since I found pistils - she has been stretching, around 4-6 inches over the week
she is making pistils. I wouldn't call them budlets, yet - but getting close - in the next couple of days, they will be budlets
all along, I have been tucking fan leaves - this week I took a few, just the large fan leaves that were behaving like umbrellas

and forgot to mention...
Thing 1 - is still being a little touchy with her nutrient solution.
last res change, I went from a 20% "veg" feeding to a 25% "transition" feeding.
Thing 1 again showed some tip burn (same regimen as last time - pull some nutrient solution from her res - replace with treated "plain" water)
Thing 2 - showed no tip burn
next res change - will take me into 'early bloom', I will continue with the 25% mix, but will add some 'plain' water to Thing 1 before adding the nutes, just to keep the EC down (so I don't have to do it the next day)

You guys can only imagine my heartbreak after being one of the founders of this competition, but looks like my total fuck up has taken me out. My stomach is sick right now! All the time and effort I put into these girls just to kill them by ashing my cig in the corner of my box and starting a fire. FUUUUUUUUCK!
Im going to go ahead and add soil to the box. The leaves aren’t dry, but seriously discolored. I’m gonna water the piss out of them and add nutes, no defol, close the tent and give them a couple more days till I totally give up on them....FUUUUUUUCK!

That is shiiity Man! So sorry to Hear @Retodd.
Sometimes moving your light up and/or turning off will help with stress and recovery. B-1 which can be found in things like super thrive could help.
I'm going to be so bummed out if you loss your plants I have been really enjoying watching them.

I turned and added new soil and over a gallon of water w calmag, terpinator, and molasses to them and then sprayed all the leaves really good with distilled water. You can see that the stems all look good and even some of the leaves have some green in them, along with the buds. If they survive I’ll be elated and happy. If not, I guess I’ll just start over and be a super late finish to this. In case I didn’t say it earlier......FUUUUUUUUUUCK!

Hope they bounce back retodd! That's a major bummer, your plants were looking awesome. Hoping for a full recovery for ya!
So this is my California snow from fast buds started on 12/8 it stayed very small but the breeder said it would they also said an 8 week flowering time I’m coming up on 8 weeks now what do you all think is she close or should I let her go a couple of weeks longer. I also have a Gorilla glue auto and a sour diesel Haze auto in the last pic the sour diesel is taking a long time to flower though
