The Great Auto Showdown

I cant believe no one posted on this thread in 2 days everyone must be prepping there gardens

Took my first walk in the woods today found a perfect spot full sun out of the way thicket surrounding it and a pond for water only bad thing lots of beavers would have to fence it and I dont like putting anything in the woods you can see
 
My vegie garden is going in, cant plant here till after April 15th, else you get hit by freezes. So each morning I take out more than I can do, plant until I hurt like hell. At that time I head inside and grab the bong, I'm done now lets get baked!
I did plant a Headbanger (56 days) X Himalaya Blue Diesel (120 days) in the garden, I have to wonder which parent she will take after., time will tell! As soon as I know I have females the photos will go out! (currently under 12/12s)
For now the garden is job 1!

I always go by the Old Farmers Almanac to see when the last freeze is. It’s saying May 10 here in Kentucky.
 
I starting training my clones 2 days ago but I am seriously out of my league with all you folks in this thread! You guys are professionals! I’m just a broken down old biker trying to grow my wife & my “meds”, lol.

Again guys...hell of a season! One of the reasons why we wanted to list strains is to know which ones are producing. Looks like furley, who did a photo grow, spider and mcubed picked the real producers. I’m just wanting to know since time has passed and they’re cured.....how’s the affect, taste, etc. on the strains you all grew?

Bubba Kush has an earthy flavor, definitely my favorite strain I've grown. Quite the indica punch.

I feel like the Bubba Cheese doesn't really have a cheese taste, but it is one of the most unique smells and tastes I've had from a plant. Hard to describe, but a good high.

The White Widow CBD has a minty taste, and is great body aches and pains.

OzBud was your dry weight from 1 plant? If so looks like you took the total weight for a single plant. Tyen mcubed476. But everyone did an awesome job. Cant wait to see if we can all increase our totals this summer grow. This was fun and thanks for Todd for keeping totals.

Now lets get this summer grow on a roll. Ill post on my outside legal CBD grow but will have more plants than I wish to count. Will have 5 inside. 2 Original Glue, 2 Clarendon Candy, 1 iced grapefruit and maybe a month out ill start Stoned Henge and Critical Orange punch or Baked Alaska. But may veg for 10 to 12 weeks and go big with the 5.
 
Thanks. Still have a bit over twice those going into the ground soon. Can only do 72 clones at once right now. But working on it. First time with this many at once. Luckily I have lots of help.
 
Wow, amazing that many plants, that’s a full time job! Good luck! My spring/summer grow are my 3 clones & a White widow auto & an OG Kush auto.
 
yes the dry weight was from a single autoflowering lady. Diesel Auto by Royal Queen Seeds. good yield but buds not dense. got some big ones though and gets pretty baked so cant complain.
 
we all started growing the same way you are , and we help each other along the way , hey im an old broken down Marine lol this getting old isn't for sissies lol
 
My summer line up everything popped except for one

So the wind busted a zipper on my door so I texted them to get a new panel they are sending the whole green House

I certainly hope they are wrong on that! It is amazing how accurate they can be.
I go by local signs such as the poke is up, the Red Buds are in bloom, and most years the peaches have been frost bit and we wont get any,,,
 
Thing 1: smoke report

pretty much ready to get trimmed off stems, and into glass

not as harsh as I expected, almost smooth
crumbling a nug releases the pine smell, with a little fuel at the backend
tastes like pine (not burned pine, which is what I expected), a little bit of fuel at the back of the throat

Mrs Lurking gives it "smells good, better than the bagweed"

could have gone a little longer, for the sedative effects, it's not racey though

Just need to get it off stem, and weigh it up
