Yeah that's about it. push the net down to the shortest, then a little more, then bend and spread everything. The longer stems get bent 90* and interwoven in the net. It looks brutal when you are doing it, just don't break off the stems, grin and be brave. The idea is to have as many buds directly exposed to the light as possible. I usually do a defol at day 21, but it can be done sooner if needed. You have some dense bush there that needs to be cut back especially in the center, very dense. Keep the air flow open at the bottom of the plant and strip off larf buds unless you are using side lighting.
