Battle of the Beards: The Wasp vs The Pagan

Redwasp kingfish Thanks lads and defo kingfish. Nope Red, the battle ain`t over by a long way yet mate. Remember the Battle of Towton (1461), the Lancastrians were pushing the Yorkists back and defeat seemed inevitable until the Duke of Norfolk turned up and swung it for the Yorkists, ensuring a crushing defeat to the exhausted Lancastrian forces. I`m like Norfolk..I`m getting there, just taking a bit longer but I`m not out as yet so plod on, Red. I still reckon if I get a good run I can bring this to a stunning Rocky like conclusion. PaganRich, Mate are you ok? I sure hope your not sick, that sucks, I still ain't got well from last year, ain't gained all my weight back yet, from when they said I had Gerd. And run all them damn tests.

Well I think PaganRich is in for a lopsided battle. He is bringing swords and battle axes. I'm from the great old USA so I'll stick with my guns, tanks, Apache Helicopters, and Stealth bombers.

Hmmm that doesnt sound fair. Let me rethink this. Ok I'll go old school. I'll bring either my Muzzle Loader or my Crossbow. What do you think D.A.A.S.69. I'll even take the scope off my crossbow. Yeah I think that's it. They had crossbows that far back. Ok crossbow it is.

No I'll concede if you give me the sniffles. My grandson gave me that last weekend. Still not better. Hit me with a bat if you want but please no colds.
 
D.A.A.S.69 Fighting on Boxing Day, damn uncivilized if you ask me. Yeap, having to have a piece chopped out and a looksea around the area to see what else may be happening. Fun and games. I`m getting to be like an old dog, bits going wrong, smelling a tad strange, howling flatulance that can clear a room in 10 secs flat...and a strong urge to periodically howl at the moon. Thanks for your thoughts mate. Stay mellow. Hope you manage to get that weight back on again and that your health is improving
 
PaganRich, You got to have surgery? That can be ruff on you ,Mate. Be sure you are eating good and have your strength normal or stronger, than usual, that will help you get healed sooner, and get back on your feet, worst thing you can do is start sitting on your ass, all the time.
Humans are supposed to stay moving, start sitting on your ass, you will get old very quickly.
I think you are more of a Maddog, Englishman, than an old dog, lol
But I sure hope it all goes well, Mate !!

PaganRichRedwasp I just happened across this this morning by seeing what RW was growing. Hella good reading! First off, I hope your doin ok PR. One of the things I’m loving is the different training techniques. I’m planning on fluxing my next grow like pagan. I wish timing was good where I could get in. I’m starting my cheese in a month. If you guys wanna do another. ✌🏻 Out! Keep em goin!
 
Retodd I'm always up for some friendly competition. It will be a little bit before I start anything else but when I do I am always up for it.
 
D.A.A.S.69 It was my daughter`s 24th birthday t`other day and we went to Glastonbury Abbey and the town for the day. Unllke her dad she rarely goes there. Very, very peaceful is the Abbey ruins which has the supposed site marked out of King Arthur and his mrs grave-yeah right-and she starts quizzing me on my thoughts on the laws here. I tell her that in my eyes laws are more like suggestions. You kinda choose which ones you feel mellow with and which ones seem to be a tad un-necessary. She then labelled me as slightly anarchistic. I must admit that did appeal to my vanity. Fifty five and your daughter, who`s pretty cool herself, says that. Still a punk at heart mate after all these years. Yeah, surgery D. Been a hard year what with one thing and another. One in fifty chance that it could be malignant so good odds that I`ll be fine but it`s regular check ups though from now on. You really can`t beat the NHS mate. It`s priceless. Feeling positive and thanks for the kind thoughts mate. Did you get One Foot in the Grave by the way?
 
Retodd Thanks mate for your thoughts. I would advocate caution pending on growing styles as Red``s hammering out a viciously evil grow at the moment and reckon he`s gonna cruise this. Saying that though I`m not down and done yet so he`s still got a fight on his hands. May I say that whoever`s beard that is as your pic, they have a mighty fine growth there
 
She looks like a right pig`s ear :D I think Red,I can hear your fearful knees knocking together even over here
