ID:	665914 An update on my actual outdoor grow ( pretty much given up on trying to fit one of the Highland Laos in the greenhouse). Going with a mix of 4 modern hybrids and 4 landraces, 2 Cretan and 2 Kandahar. Have a Blueberry × Okie Wedding Cake, Apples & Bananas × Okie, Death Star × AK-47 and a Black Widow. Transplanted all 4 into 3 gallon pots around 2 weeks ago and put them out in greenhouse last week. Transplanted them into my living soil that's been cooking outside all winter and glad to see they are loving it. Nice deep green color and growing well. Soon they will be going into 20 gallon pots for their final home. Ended up with 5 Cretan seedlings and 4 Kandahar seedlings. They were transplanted last week and just starting to take off. Hopefully will get 2 females of each. I've been spoiled by feminized seeds, these regulars are a pain but it's all fun and games. 🙂 It's been a cool spring but looks like 90s are coming next week. I love it, bring on the heat.

Almost forgot about the autoflowers. Have 3 that have been in the greenhouse for over a month. Surprised they are doing so well considering how cold it's been. Trying to use up my old auto seeds as i only grow them as a side project in the greenhouse for a little extra harvest. They usually just go into making hash. My days of babying autos are over. These are a Sweet Nurse CBD, a Titan F1, and a Gelato. Click image for larger version

We're getting 14 hours and 40 minutes of daylight right now so I think it would be wise to wait for a little more daylight then put the plants out

Those hybrids and landraces sound like a great mix - should make for an interesting harvest.

Hardening off the Early Frost now. 39 days above ground. Few more days and she's out for good. Then she'll get her final home. Hard to move her in and out in the final pot. Still colder than usual. Should break soon. Punkin's not too impressed.

I had a cat like that once. Every spring it would shed but could not handle the shed by itself. Every year I had to drug it with diazemam then cut out the hair mats with scissors. He looked really funky after that, kind of like a mohawk down it's back.

Ckbrew that's funny. I have to do the same thing every year, but we give it gabapentin. If you look real close you can see the shaved strips just down from the top of her back. The mohawk grows out after a while.

Love this beautiful weather we've been having, not looking forward to the heat and humidity kicking in. Plants are loving it also. The modern hybrids Okie and AK crosses are looking good and growing well. Ended up with 4 out of 5 Cretan landraces being female. Was only going to keep 2 but decided to keep 3 so they were transplanted to 20 gallon pots yesterday. Also have 4 Kandahar landraces that haven't shown sex yet. Also 2 Napali Highland seedlings so I have a lot going on right now. Everything has been in the greenhouse since the first week of May in my own living soil mix. So far they have only received water, homemade labs and compost teas. Everything is green and healthy now but this is the easy part. Already have my ingredients for the flowering top dress and that's when the real fun begins. Click image for larger version

Really lovely weed. If you're flower top dress is as effective as what you're doing now, you will have a bountiful harvest. BTW, are those rice hulls on top?

Yes it's rice hulls. Works really well in keeping top of the soil moist, especially after top dressing.

The landrace seeds came from The Real Seed Co. A great company with a wide selection of landraces and heirlooms from all over the world. They are based in the UK so seeds have to make it through customs but I have ordered twice from them with no problems. Seeds come very discreetly packaged. Click image for larger version
