Anyone else in SoCal feel that? Looks like a handful are popping up. Gotta check my emergency water so my plants don't dry out.

I spent my formative years in Dallas. Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Irving, Garland. I've seen lots of green skies and funny looking clouds but have always been hunkered down when things got dicey. We hardly don't never get anything exciting. A chance of rain makes people sandbag their property.
Oh yeah. North Dallas got tore up. I have/had a buddy who lives in the path. Don't know if he got hisself tore up or not.

Yeah we were lucky. If it would have turned more north we would have gotten hit straight on. We got a fair bit of wind and rain but i could see the actual tornado a couple miles away from my back yard. Looked like a cloud was having a rave party with all the lightning flashes!

Grew up not far from Dallas and I remember sitting on the back porch with my dad watching for tornados. One night we saw 3 at once when the lightening struck, missed us fortunatly.
Spent 25 years on the west coast and went through several earthquakes including a 6.0 in Withier. Now I live in Maine and was in a Zoom meeting when one hit, about 2 weeks ago. Green horns were all shook up. Tough call on which is worse but at least with tornados you get some warning. Earthquakes are just Bam and you never know when or if it will stop or if it will be followed by an aftershock that is worse.
 Glad you guys are OK

Every follow Dutchscinse? He predicts earthquakes with 85+% accuracy. I watched his predictions for a while, but soon learned all I need to do is watch the left coast for anything over a 7. With a 7 on the left coast about a 6 magnitude pressure will come my way, if they inject to much crap into the ground, we get hit.
All the time I lived in N Ca I never felt an earthquake, move back to OK and the ground is shaking.

Wowee-zowee! Biggest one I ever felt! Looks like there have been several in the past 24 hours, all in close proximity to each other up under the mountains. This might gonna be where California finally slips into the ocean. Might gonna need to update my emergency floatation devices.
My last post mentioned Dabber not pausing her bone chewing. She had the same reaction. Nerves of steel, that dog.C'mon, mule!
