66 here. I remember buying nickle bags in small brown manila envelopes back in 67-68. 14-15 years old. Quit smoking for a few decades but then I retired back to MI. And then they legalized it here. A coincidence? I think not! On my second grow and it's going well.

I think this board is so great in part because of the older adults that frequent here. They seem so chill, so friendly, so kind. I guess age just puts things in perspective. The older I get, the more laidback I am. I’m 34, and if I were trying this hobby in my 20’s I’d have zero patience and chill, lol. By the time I’m 70, I wanna be growing monsters like Spidermite and Doubledealing72

As long as you have the will and patience you will get to where you are better than me, at least at cannabis. I grew up on a farm and learned from birth. However compared to then, information on growing cannabis is so easy to find. What used to take a lifetime to figure out can be learned very quickly. So just keep learning and keep growing and you will do great.

49. Still early middle age.
I never got busted or in trouble for smoking weed when I was a teenager living in Glendale, AZ. But I was in a group of kids passing a clove cigarette. I took one drag and felt a hand on my shoulder. The shoulder was mine but the hand belonged to a coach. I got suspended for three days because he said I was the only one he saw taking a drag. Also, most of the teachers were high so couldn't quite bust kids for smoking pot. Brown Mexican, 'twas. Nickle, dime, and quarters. 5, 10, and 25 dollar bags, respectively. 25 bought you a quarter ounce. With the 'legalization' of weed I can get better weed for lower prices.
No trouble since, either.

39 here. Smoked my first bowl at 13 and it didnt effect me at all. My friends got high, but not me. I tried again soon after and have never looked back!

61. question for you all please.is a lid 3/4 ounce ? i ask cuzz i remember buying a lids for 15 cuzz i didnt have 20 bucks for an ounce.

Around here in the '70s, Lid = Oz and Oz = Lid.

Here a lid was 4 fingers for $10, a kilo was $90 and I made 22 lids, then came scales,,,, the kilo got cut in half and the lids went to 1.25 oz (others were 1 oz)
