Farmall thank you for your generous compliments. I have used the T5 fluorescent fixtures since day 1. Used to have 2 ‘ 4 bulb and then switched to 4’ 4 bulb. For the 8 plants the 2 ‘ fixture was more flexible- not all lights at the same elevation above plants but...is working. I also...at night put up reflective
MAJOR thing I do for the even canopy is to: germinate into rapid rooters/ root riot, set into a 5x5x6” pot AT 2/3 rds level of the pot pre filled with pre moistened coco/perlite. They germ and grow and get those ugly naked main stems reaching to the light (which they have plenty of) and then I back fill with coco/perlite . IF the initial stem is really tall I gently-with tweezers- lift out the rooter, remove a little coco/perlite and reset & back fill. I so this at feed/water time with all.
The plants rear wall is lined with reflective R-Teck . Evening I put up a row of R -Tek in front .
SO this is how I get my canopy / grow for veg. After which they go into the tent under LEDs and often change in their flowering stretch but...I got a good start on canopy.

I was anti IG but found it is a fast communication in pics...Nebula is there with great research...less personal by far than GWE although you can direct message in IG. PM in GWE is good for lengthy. But if you’re at that point do email or text under trust of course.

Very nice to see you Tika I do hope you will still post your weed grows here. The ground has frozen and thawed for several days here very early according to my garden records. Our edibles we hunt for in the woods are mush now. Won't get any rain for many days just cold and dry. Best of luck with the shoorms I won't follow that on IG this is only site I talk to folks on.

Tika well thank you for the detail. Your photo shows a very stable developed plant. Damn near like shrubbery at a garden center. I’ve never tried using T5’s. I have found that I take 5-6 23w CFL ‘s at 6500k color temp and place them in a circular splitter so they form almost a circle. Have a roll of 4’ wide Mylar that I have fixed to the walls and it looks like a 1950’s funhouse mirror. They always grow very dense and squat in solo cups but I like the well developed cores you show here.

hope this finds all of you in good grow and fine spirits. Don’t know about you but I am eager for the new year- this one has been a ride!
in my screwed up image post you will find approaching 6 weeks in flower:
2 Bruce Banner , 2 Black Sugar (coupled in 1 shot each), 2 Peyote Critical all photo fems and then 2 GreaseMonkey x Wizard Punch from Honeysticks regular seed. As always at this time in flower I have to watch each plant as they never finish at the same time since switching to LEDs no matter the strain. They are now a (bitch of a) problem to haul in and out of the tent but that’s how I roll. The Grease Monkey is offering early resin promise and the two structures are totally different. The Peyote Critical at this point is loose and larfy..like early on autos. Having 2 to 3 more weeks to go I will hold my breath.
still investigating shrooms: doing grain jars this round and I actually ordered and paid for horse shit for the mono tub type grow. Can’t believe I just said that but did. ..oh throw in this batch is called Penis Envy🤩
I celebrated Solstice with hedgewitch fixings...it really rained the next day and today it is Sunny and Bright.

Great to see the grow Tika those are beauties. This morning I did not lift them out of tent to fed in tub, nope mine are sitting on risers with catch pan under. Dang things are getting to big LOL

I know right ,My grow room is in cellar with a dirt floor ,no way to keep it clean just tidy lol
