Spidermite As long as they hit their peak I’m sure the 7’ glue I have going will hit that mark, knock on wood. I haven’t looked at her in a couple weeks myself.

FatBoy40 You’re gonna love the group of peeps. We like to compete, but love it when people post some ‘blow your mind’ pix. Maybe Furley will still have pix of his poly. Talk about a beauty! I still want to know how it smoked!

I know the pot is way too small. Wasn't planning for it, one seed made two seedlings. The other took off and this grew like a bonzai for a while. It has been sitting off to the side outdoors for a while. Actually just cut off 4 clones from this for a friend.
The blurple shot is unrelated and just thought it looked cool. Lavender around 45 days flower.

Thank you it was vegged around 38 days, that was the key to keep up with all the great auto growers on here with a photoperiod for seed.
Retodd it was a great time for sure and I am appreciative of the opportunity to join in, I can't lie it was a little nerve-wracking dropping A Single Seed from a new to me breeder hoping to just finish in a reasonable amount of time, the rest was just a bonus. The GSC is still in my mother tent, the polyploid genetic hasn't shown again, the bud was kick ass and the line is covered with so much sugar it's my go to hash plant, the last run of bubble hash was 1 oz of Bud and 3 zips of trim that yield 17 grams of hash.

Do you grow in that kind of pot often? Or is it a one time deal?

Sorry how long this is, lol. It's a one time thing. I received 5 Lavender feminized freebies. Only wanted to grow 2, but then one seed made two seedlings and then ended up keeping a 3rd that was suppose to go to a friend. 3 of these filling in a 2x4' space most of the way and looks like 1-2oz per plant as of now.
It was initially in a jiffy peat pot, but at that time my setup was still a work in progress and not the best airflow. Mold appeared on the outside and since it was already very very very small (the other seedling was veg for weeks with a 4 way mainline setup while this literally looked like a tiny bonsai)
From my little experience I feel this container works best to grow a mother for cloning. They are small enough to where you can germinate in them and transplant if needed. I supercropped the branches before making clones just to see if it makes a difference.
If this thing flowers well and makes some really nice dense sticky buds then I will definitely keep experimenting with them. Honestly I am suprised it's even still alive and flowering.

LurkingInTheGrass ... I don't understand why people pay for buckets....you go into any little fast food place and they'll have stacks of buckets to give away. The best hydro buckets I ever had were these 5 gallon pails they use to ship olives....holy shite they were tough, just a little too tall. I also have this 5 gallon that was used to ship chain in, got it from one of the Big Box stores. It's square, so installing a drain was easy and I swear, you could block up the ass of your pickup truck on it...it's sturdy.
I paid $55 for a food grade 60 gallon reservoir about 18 months ago at the hydro shop, and the damn thing has a tear along the side of one of the reinforcing ribs about 2" from the top already.
End of bucket rant....have a great day.

thats a ton of Gacamole , I use tidycat litter buckets for alot of stuff gotta make do with what you have, then every now and then you can splurge lol

the first 3 pictures are of a woods plant that I kept home (She was a bad girl lol) to use as a water reference I give her the same water as woods plants and she told me when they needed more until we got the timing right ,now she just growing along lol the third pic is one stem just one that grew into its own tree ,I am just amazed at the size of the stock in the 4th pic and the last I was sitting on my patio with a buddy and he says are you growing corn ,no why well he says I was just wondering if that was corn or a weed ,its a weed . I have 2 tillers one a mantis and the other a huskyvarna ,I coulcn't get it running right ,changed the carb, gave up and brought it to a shop a month goes by and they said its ready they could not fix it ,(it would run like a top for 20 seconds then cough and die) they said they scoped the cylinder and it was scored and that might be the problem so I took it to an old timer and he fixed in 3 days ,turns out the plug was no good ,when you checked for spark it showed good but it would build up resistance and not spark , 50 years of experience fixed that tiller now I can turn the weed over and fix/amend the garden bed, I used the mantis 4 stroke to till rows in the rest of the garden , I'm working towards a no till garden but have a ways to go before its ready lol .
If you ever want to get I tiller I highly recommend the new 4 stroke that they have ,my buddy bought one for 450 and then he needed money so he sold it to me for 300 ,this thing is amazing what a little work horse and not all the noise its so quite if you didn't start it you wouldn't know it was running lol

Grapefruit and Blackberry about 8-9 weeks from seed so they should be close to finishing:
At this point my plan is to replace existing nute water in reservoir with plain ph water and let them flush for about a week before harvesting. Does that seem right? This will be my 2nd harvest and 1st time flushing.
Also, does anyone leave their plant in 72 hours of darkness before harvesting? I had someone recommend but not sure I want to risk chance for mold or some other type of calamity.
Here are some trich pics. Would appreciate if others could weigh in re readiness to harvest

When I flush my hydro I do at least 3 complete water changes during the week. My first grow I just did 1 and it wasn't as clean of a smoke as I like.

Thabks for clarifying. When you say flush 3 times in a week.... is it enough to just use a water transfer pump/pump siphon to pull all existing water and then replace with fresh ph water? Or is there a real need to wash/swap container? It's really hard to swap or clean the actual bin at this stage so I am hoping to just siphon water out and replace.

A water transfer will be fine. I just do a good clean and sterilization before I start my next crop
