The Great Auto Showdown

We work with several other farmers here. He cuts the tips because people were stealing his plants. They have stopped since he has done that.

There are 5 growers within a few hours drive from each other. We all help each other with the long days. Cloning days, dropping seeds to sprout, etc etc etc.

Hey that's great that all you guys help each other out, just like the old days. OK so you have sparked another question. Why do the rotten good for nothing thieves not steal plants with the tips removed? Maybe it's a simple answer but I've been sampling my latest grow and sometimes simple things aren't so simple. lol

Those are being used to produce CBD flower and extracts. There is money in it for a few years but not long. If you let the strains get to where all trichomes are cloudy some end up with 7 or 8%thc. If course we have to destroy the crops.

The Good the Bad and the Ugly - all on one plant. My 2 big colas had a shortening when more bud rot occurred. This was my fault when a couple branches grew into the colas and caused the rot.

The other 2 will be harvested this weekend.

And we have a new roof - insurance deductible plus a few extra pieces of plywood - cost me $850.00 for the roof.

You sure do grow some nice plants. Happy to hear they took care of your roof, 850.00 out of pocket for a new roof isn't bad.

I found the uglier on the smallest plant and immediately she received her final haircut. Can you find it?
And thanks for nice comment uncledoug.
Even tho my backyard has south exposure - those fir and cedar tree go up 100 feet easy - plus it slopes up. Pretty dark back there.

The uglier eh, Well the smallest plant looks like picture # 13? Looks good to me but maybe mold? when I look close at the biggest cola "right side" I see a white spoltch/blur is that mold.

WPM - white powdery mold. Was just starting. And I didn't see it til I looked at the pics I posted here.
Too full of a tent.

Here it is Saturday again, its raining, raining and raining! It has not done this kind of rain since the '70's, Peps have forgotten the low areas flood,,, my garden near the hill top is to wet, the HBDB that was eaten by a grasshopper died from root rot, I'll start a Headbanger to replace it (shorter grow cycle). IF these rains keep up my outdoor plants will all drown or wash away!
I am also going to take a pair of clones from the BB3, and I may use one of those in the garden instead of the Headbanger,,, and keep the other blooming.
I think I'll get pics of the GFs grow for this week, her Headbanger has outgrown the one I did greatly! I am getting the soil dialed in!

With all the moisture this year, I am afraid we will be dealing with bud rot here also. I have seen it in the wild wood weed in years before.
Nice grow!
