Tomorrow my girls will be 4 weeks from switch. Not much has changed from the picture above. I gave them all their finale haircut.
 
Damn Thrips on my babies. Gave them a good dose of Spinosad, that should do the trick. I will check tomorrow. F*CK!!!!!
 
What size space do you have kingfish. I’m looking to supplement my lighting and still in dilemma mode, could get hps 1k just wondering on heat, do you vent through it’s hood?
 
NG, that is a 4x4x7 tent and I have a vented hood which has a 6" inline fan sucking the hot air out of the room. But this time of year it still gets hot as hell. I have a window partially open and fans blowing all over the place. I hate growing in summer. Lucky for me, I live in the country.
 
Well they are looking yummy mate, congrats on the recover from thrips.. I pruned my girls a little last night and they are looking good now and humidity around there area is lower especially at night. I have same size op as you so it’s a good measure for me when it comes to choice of main flowering light source. I have two 6 inch inline fans but no scrubbers yet, and I agree on temps in summer.. I’m struggling at night with humidity build up so need to address that soon, the ac I have in the grow room the tent sits in is working over time and I have no way of automatic control yet. Which lamp is your hps btw and what cost, as I am going to look into hps more seriously in comparison with cmh which I had not got enough output without having two in there, LED still being considered but such wild claims many totally false
 
kingfish Great to hear your summer feedback. Got a 6" and 4" for 2x600`s I`m running and man f##kin alive but this summers proving a right ole sod for mucking temps around up high and those fans just aint touching the sides where heat is concerned. Reckon it`s Alaska for me...or Iceland. I do like blondes
 
NG, the brand I use for my lights is "Apollo". It's been working for me for years. It's a digital ballast, so it doesn't put out as much heat as a mechanical ballast. Not much though. I can't remember what I payed for it, but it is on the low end of the price line. I got it from Amazon.

NG, I had a serious humidity issue a week ago. At night when I closed the tent the RH got up in the 70% range. I fixed it by leaving the Inline fan in my light on. It sucked the humidity out.
