Number 2: Kosher Kush DWC

No Title

went ahead with a res change today. want to get them all on the weekend schedule. all have roots in the water now bumped to 1/2 strength nutes, 1/2 strength rapid start.
happened to be going back and reading grow reviews and found out that this is NOT kosher kush. suprise! these were freebies from my last order, hand written on the bag 4 free zamnesia 24 kt gold. googled 24 kt gold wiki says aka kosher kush. so today i was on zamnesia site and searched it, found out its kosher tangie. so i need to do my homework again and see what i have here, lol. only had time to read a little but its said ti be truly good smoke. bigger plant, 4 week stretch, 10 week flower. holy shit. sounds sativa, but so far the leaves are soooooooo indica fat. hope i dont have to change the plan too much, lol.
growing conditions continuing great. ph is so easy to keep stable with less nutes, im enjoying that right now, lol.
not much else on this side of the grow room. have a great night folks!

was up most the night researching/youtubing DNA Genetics 24kt Gold. aka Kosher Tangie.
its a 60-40 hybrid, seems to be confusion between reviews as to strain dominance. tbe leaves are def indica in appearance, but the growth habits are most def sativa. gonna be a challenge for this new guy.
think i can stick with the same basic plan for the grow, but i might need to keep my manifolds cleaned to the mains for space available. especially if i keep all 4 girls.
4 weeks of stretch expected after flip. wow. and 9-10 week flower (10-12 likely)
pretty sure i can manage them tho.
vegging under the t5s is actually impressing me some. even with less than half the lux of what was available under the mh bulb, my babies are staying very low and tight. my tallest right now is 2.25 inches high. nice start for training!
ive been considering the day i get my seeds wet as day 1, making today day 13. master green marks day 1 as the cotyledons open up, making this day 8. 9 for my little monster. i have 5th node showing on 1, 4th node on 2, and, well, the little one will catch up soon, lol.
if this kind of growth continues, im gonna call t5s a winner for vegging!

week 2.5 veg.
7 nodes on 1, 6 nodes on 1, 5 nodes, and 4 nodes. smaller plants slowly catching up almost even with each other. just the one growing insane.
still got the crumpled growth, but it doesnt seem to be affecting them in any negative way, just appearance.
roots are pouring out, rapid start worth the $80 bottle.
thinking of tearing out the root barriers. 3 layers of screen compressed togetber and they just go right thru. no problem really, and i will refit next grow with a very fine stainless mesh. was worth a shot.
gave 2 girls the choppedy chop this morning. the other 2 will be ready sunday.
these girls are thirsty too! added almost 1.5 gallons ph water at midweek to both reservoirs. Rapid Start!
thats it for now. happy friday GWE!

oh dude i know! and i tried it first on the peppermint kush when they were vegging. first week didnt impress me but week 2 was crazy. quit using it tho cuz it messed with my ph and freaked me out. they got hella roots now, lol.
it works well enough i will get more when i need it. seen it with my own eyes they say. root wizard supposed to be great stuff too, but way too much for me to spend on a trial run.
