MommaBears Grow Adventure #1

Overdue for an update but been busy with oldest home for a visit, end of school and on and on lol!!!
total dry weight on CC1 the runt was 32g 😂 She gave us way more that I thought while she was growing I thought we'd be lucky to get even close to an Ounce hahah in jars curing. Burping twice a day....
in meantime harvested WW1 this morning she's currently drying, started other five on flush and two late bloomers are getting ripen at half.
I'm blown away by this plant we just harvested. So happy with her and she smells so fucking phenomenal 💜😁💜

You so rock! And making crafts at the same time! Ha ha . I'm using a platinum 450 , my babies are loving it in veg .Switching over to flower on the fourth. Then the truth will be told!

We're not sure how much we'll change things before next grow but here's my mish-mash of thoughts...
Need either more lights to supplement the one we have ie LED bars around it OR I'm thinking two advanced platinum... either 450p or maybe higher.. trying to get the full 5x5 "covered" without beaming too much light.... debated on hps, love the results but don't want the heating\venting that goes along with it.
We've got seeds on standby, prob gorilla glue, Thc bomb and lsd 25 ..... hubby's wanting a second tent so we can go perpetual but I need the electrician to come have a peek. Oldest was home for a few days and she tripped the breaker while we were out 😵
I didn't fully understand topping and really didn't even get LSTing until we saw how the plants grow and reacted to what we did so we've learned a lot.... I'm blown away at the automechanics topping and now have a way better grasp on that thanks to their vids but not sure it's necessarily the way we need to go as we do have room for height....

Thanks OJH!!!! There's so many out there wasnt even sure where to begin 😁 Saves me hunting relentlessly for reviews. Had electrician come by the other day and he says I should have no problem adding lights. Woo hop!!!
 
Phew been busy with work and quite honestly the weather here has been amazing and beautiful and well when you live in Northern Canada you take advantage of nice days as much as possible because they are few and far between!!!!! So that being said I've been doing stuff but little time for updates hahaha
we jarred WW1 the other day, prob a bit early tho so for a few days we'd leave jars open for a couple hours in the afternoon, they are coming along nicely and total weight is at 75g for her.
Harvested CC3 last night, she has some nice buds that are bigger and dense.
Had to try CC1 that's been curing .... smells amazing hubby was giggling the whole time cutting it up saying how it was just like our normal stuff we buy hahahaha he's so happy
Smoke was good but truth be told I was already three j's in at that point. Will need to test it as a wake n bake then I'll really know 😉
Been trying to keep up in everyone's journals just not posting as the sun is beckoning......

Northern Canada: it must be so beautiful. We lived in Calgary, Alberta when I was 11-12 years old, and it was so beautiful up there. We used to go to Baniff.

Hubby says it's just like the normal stuff you buy??? NOT!!!! It's gonna so much freaking better, if you will let it cure a bit!!!

I totally agree: the wake and bake is the true test!!!!!
 
Bwahahahahaha that's what I told him, it might look and feel and act like the bud we see.... which is a good thing but when it comes to taste and the high I'm banking on the love factor kicking it up a notch 😉
It's like the veg garden, no other carrot in the world can taste as good as right out of a garden grown with love.
 
Your are sooo right. That extra love makes everything better. I'm hoping my girls feel it.I talk to them and love on them daily. It's like cooking same food different people some is ok some is out of this world, that's love!
 
Power went out about half an hour ago, appears to be half the city so far.... ugghhhh RH is going up had to open tent and bedroom door..... house is stinking to high heaven. Thankfully no kids today 😅
Sure hope it's up and running soon... thankfully we're not growing photos!!!
 
MB, I lost power for a week during hurricane Matthew last October, in the second half of flowering. They survived on minimal sunlight and I preserved the dark period, of course.
 
It was funniest thing ever because the first and only concern I had was the plants..... not the groceries I just bought or the full freezer lol just the plants. Luckily was only out for an hour 👍🏼

Continue to suck up the beautiful days there- I love Canada. Drove from Princ Edward Island to Victoria with my then ( and still) boyfriend doing The Canadian Open golf circuit ( probably before you were born ) hugs to you and your landscape 🤗
 
That was exactly how I felt. I can replace some frozen chicken legs a hella lot faster than my precious cannababies who've been growing for 2 1/2 months!!!
