I'm really sorry I ever shopped at Amazon.

After hearing that Jeff Bezos, America's first 5' 7" tall penis, is about to become a trillionaire, I'm terribly sorry I ever gave him business. I know I won't be doing it in the future! So all those things I linked on my first grow and the few on my second, BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

NO ONE SHOULD BE A TRILLIONAIRE WHEN WE HAVE MILLIONS STARVING AND HOMELESS!

That is insane! I just looked at the GDP of countries of the world.. He makes more $$$$$ then Turkey, Switzerland and Argentina (wikki)! How many countries are in the world? And if he does hit a trillion if he has not already he would be in the top 17 to 18 GDP by country!

Wal-mart is the devil, Amazon is the spawn. I don't shop at wal-mart. Haven't for about 30 years. Gives me satisfaction but hasn't bothered them that much. Amazon is the same way. I only shop there when I have to. The CEO is the reason why. And the way they treat their workers.

I have always found it interesting that very successful people are usually made out to be a villain whether they are or not.

I know from first hand experience most large retail stores are paying super low wages and are accused of treating their people badly. If people don't like it then move on to something else.

How many people does this rich person employ and does he help fund any charities and such?
Who of you would not want to be independently wealthy?
It's a funny world.

In the US, we have the largest wealthy-poor gap out of all the developed nations. This syndrome is typical of an under developed country. In those under developed countries, it usually is a dictatorship or corrupt leadership that has led to those conditions. Hard to call a duck by anything else when it quacks and tastes like a duck.
Sure they employ others, but their wages have been flat since the 1970’s and their workers can not afford everyday life expenses. If 1 individual is doing the right thing, 10 more are squeezing every penny they can out of their employees. Unfortunately for that 1 individual, they are grouped with the masses. To no fault of anyone.

It's hilarious to me that people that make hardly anything would actually defend someone that makes trillions. I don't care how many people they employ because those people have to struggle. That's the problem and if you can't see it maybe you should just stay quiet. Fuck the rich.

ellz We are all under a lot of stress right now, and the temptation to take it out on others is strong. But there's no need for hostility. It will get you kicked off this forum...

I'm with you John. I'm not a trillionaire by any means, but have worked hard to establish a comfortable lifestyle for me and my family. Some of my income has come from being an entrepreneur, and my main source of income is from a company I work for. So to think, actually assume, that just because Jeff is wealthy he must give his money away is ludicrous! I'm personally not a fan of Jeff, but why should ANYONE tell someone else how to spend their money? Everyone loves living in a free country and the ideals that come with it. With that said, what kind of freedom would Jeff have if we forced him to hand out money to different groups? I find it funny that the same group of people who would bash Bezos for not spending his money a certain way, are the same people to loudly voice their opinion if their constitutional freedoms are threatened.

So how is it fair that a guy who creates a business, works his ass off to make it successful, provides a revolutionary platform to make our lives easier, provides thousands of paychecks to families, and pushes innovation is said to be an asshole because he doesn't do what YOU want him to do with his money?

You need to take your "I'm the victim" BS to a therapist. Everyone has problems- whether you take some accountability for them is a different topic.

That's my last post about it, as you shouldn't have brought this into the forums anyways.
