Go 64!
Looks like as long as the vote is a clear result then we can legally smoke recreational as of midnight tomorrow night (9th) (SF Weekly). Strangely recreational sales won't start legally until Jan 1 2018 (NORML) but I think that enforcing that will be a bit impossible.

I'm not worried about Cal. ....Arizona is a tough state. I hope they all pass and women aren't set back 100 years today!

Here in my state Arizona, Big money just poring into weed!. Many people buying land and such for commercial grows. Many have put BIG MONEY NON REFUNDABLE LISENCE FEES ON THE LINE HERE.. Rents are rising on stand alone homes. Demand is high for any and all property's rent or buy. I would like to think the odds are good for weed no one tosses that much money in the trash. Someone knows something they are not saying.

Recent polling in my state says about 60% yes, so I'm optimistic about dropping all the cloak and dagger in the near future. I've already got a new 4x8 tent in an Amazon saved cart... :)

Indeed
There will be all the post election chaos but it is a step towards removing the FG
It will be a roller coaster ride for sure but a step.

I am not sure it is a shoe in for CA..a lot of growers and dispensaries are against 64 for viable reasons
However I can't wait to vote..coming to a theater near me!

please for the love of god help us in NY!

Chem.....it's hard to believe that NY still has no pending referendums. Even though It would fail, my biggest hope is that Obama would try to push a nationwide lift on the ban for at least medical marijuana. He would be laying the groundwork for Hillary. ;)

It would be awesome if California passes....I want it to pass everywhere of course_ but if CA passes then Recreational will be legal from Alaska to the Mexican border!
