That's why Matt said what he said in the video you obviously missed. RSC defines "landraces" as farmer selected domesticates, (not untouched natural strains) with more genetic variation in populations than... blah blah blah. We already know this deceptive marketing tactic if you would have bothered to pay attention to what was already covered pages back.
Their Kerala was collected in 2014? (I'm embarrassed for you, so I will try and find something positive)

At best.. ( Let's try and say something positive here ) Reel scam seeds can provide close approximations to historical landraces... the passage of decades, regeneration and "other factors" mean they are merely preserved echoes rather than preserved relics from before 1970.

Even though their open random pollination is crossing inferior males with inferior females, it's still possible to put the years in of growing generation after generation in large scale grows to get it to stabilize and pull out the best qualities that are still left to be found in whatever it is you get from them. There is no law or regulation that says what name you buy will match the seed you get. But at least they dont do feminization, which I give them credit for that. FWIW anyway.

Dude. You are pretty much coming in here and insulting people by telling them they breed, grow, and smoke shit. You have a boat load of knowledge about some... stuff... and throw it down like what you do makes you better than everyone else.
This is a support group for... wait for it... growing weed easy. The history is neat. The science is neat. But you are sounding like some guru wannabe and your delivery sucks.
Congratulations on what you have accomplished, you have a lot you can teach people. I am sincere when I say that. But, yeah. Your self-righteousness indignation really sucks. Kind of anti 'the spirit' of weed.
 
Spot on Pyrokill. I like hybrid weed. I think I prefer Sativa. But I want to know more about historically grown MJ. I’m interested in genetics in that I want to try sativa’s that are particular to a specific area and cultivated for specific purposes. Apparently I misunderstood the term landrace. And, if I’m following correctly, have misunderstood how feminization affects genetics. But that’s beside the point.

I’d like to know where to get the seeds. I prolly would never make a cross or my own seeds but I might. And I want to know more about it. But where to get the real beans?

I get it that you point at (tag) your buddies like golfnrl Smallgrow , and whatever because the crowd is always on the lookout for someone different, not part of the flock. Comparison is key to flock cohesion, I get that. When someone not fitting in with the crowd mentality is spotted, the alarm is raised. But this lion is not your enemy. I offer empowerment and freedom, but only to those capable of listening, seeing, understanding and those capable of change. Capable of escaping from the conformity of the mob mentality. Capable of overcoming the conditioning and programming that you believe claims made by marketing and psychological experts to a multibillion dollar industry. Those able to resist millions of dollars worth of marketing campaigns to get you to buy the lowest quality you will tolerate and the highest possible price. Any lions here? Any?

Actually the science is doing that through the evidence as provided. I'm just talking about the facts available to everyone. Thought you may as well know rather living in illusion. Some thanks I get!

The truth of it all hurts I know. You are identified with what's been criticized therefore you feel a need to defend it. (Didnt I say this before too?) But what you feel like you need to defend is not you. It's a false identification. Do you understand? You can be free of it. You can drop that false identification.
 
See Dhyan, when your verbiage is such that you use terms like 'I understand your longing.' It makes people wonder. No one and I mean no one around here uses language like that. The lecture in the last paragraph is not any better. That's why you feel and read the skepticism from the forum. That sounds so false. Those are words and phrasing that are used by someone who doesn't use English as a first language, which you admitted, and thank you for that. But it's also the kind of language that AI would use. If I missed the denial about being AI please forgive me. All that aside. I'm interested in the comments about the weed, not lectures about taxes, longing and fulfillment of one's purpose in life. I suppose what I am saying is your point is made about what you believe are inferior seeds producing mostly inferior weed, and the people that grow them. That opinion and about $5 will get you a cup of coffee in just about any city or town in the USA. Please, let's move on with this.

I get it, trust me I understand you. The truth stings when you are cozy withsub-par genetics. I'm not here to coddle your ego or anyone elses. Im definitely not here to dance to your tune. I'm here to raise standards. It doesn't matter if you all point at each other all night looking for confirmation.. it doesn't change a single fact. If you think calling out low quality breeding is "anti-spirit-of-weed" maybe you're too attached to mediocrity to handle real progress and real quality. I'll keep dropping knowledge not arrogance. Can you add something to the topic besides hurt feelings? Step up or step aside.
