    Growing weed on a balcony (is it possible?)

    Has anyone ever tried growing on a balcony outdoors?

    I'm a longtime indoor grower, never grown outdoors. However, my balcony gets a ton of sun in the summer, but it's a bit windy, and also I'm worried about smell, or someone spotting plants from the ground.

    I was thinking about making a little greenhouse or small enclosure where light gets in but hopefully the smell stays in.

    Then keep the plant in a small pot so it stays smallish.

    My indoor grows make plenty, so I think a balcony grow would be more for fun than supply.

    {Pictures are from GrowWeedEasy.com's outdoor autoflower strains page, but it seemed fun to include for the post}

    Netting to shield the plant till it's over 1m high. Try growing Frisian Duck because it doesn't look like a proper leaf. You can also try to train the plant around a pillar or something similar to disguise. Nothing can be done about the smell, although if you're over three flights up, it may not reach the ground. If smell is the biggest problem, grow some Northern Lights. They don't smell as much. Overall, in outside growing, Buds aren't as good. They grow kind of airy, but the high is just as good.
