I wonder if the ones that grow wild in my yard have the same effect on them

I like how they started out bushy, usually i have a hard time with seedlings starting off too stretchy which prob leads to less weed off each plant

To me the 1st one looks ready, the others need a little time. you cud always do a staged harvest. color is real nice

try telling us what type of plant it is. your grow medium and setup like lighting, nutes and other significant details or you'll prob. get an answer like...
