hi ppl., here's a q. i'm getting different info on. Will an ordinary streetlight 40 ft. away from my plants cause a prob. come flower time? should i use a box or a bag to block them or even start early flower to avoid bud rot? thanks for any help

I think with the streetlight that close you will need to block it from your plants as much as possible. It's the spectrum that's the problem. Better to safe than sorry I reckon... Shoot that f*$#er down.Ive heard of ppl throwing a blanket over them at night but I imagine that wouldn't be as easy as it sounds and I'd be worried about snapping a head off.

Ya that sounds close to the plants, 2 hours of sun is not enough
you could build some sort of “frame” around your plants to support your light dep blanket. Even a few big stakes info the ground might make it easier on the plants at least.
