Nice, you’ve already got most of what you need for a solid DWC setup. Buckets, air pump, meters, perfect starter kit.

I checked the pH and ppm today and the ppm went from 450 yesterday to 410 today, don't know if that's normal, but she's still has some yellowing at the edges of the leaves, and she's definitely drinking, bucket is down about a gallon

What was the pH and what adjustment did you make?

The pH was 5.6, I brought it up to 5.9

If your pH is dropping and not rising you need to check the airstone or run it more

I think I found the sweet spot with the pH, I've been keeping it between 6.0-6.2 and the plant is doing better now

What are the temps day and night? A bit low can slow them.

Temperature is 70-72 with the light on,I haven't checked it when it's off

                A bit cool maybe.
Do you have a chart with temps & RH (VPD) and light levels & EC for a 12 to 14 week grow period showing relative changes over the period?
70⁰F is about spot on immediately after germination but should be climbing about 2⁰F every week after that till your around 82⁰F then transitioning to flower start lowering again till finally hitting 71/72⁰F.

Night time a couple of degrees cooler but you can mess around with that to increase/decrease growth during the stretch if you want.

Your results will vary of course...lol

I turned the light up so the plant is getting around 500 ppfd, I'll see what the temperature is when I get home later

Time to change the res to flower nutes and flip the light to flower

Don't flip the nutes till flowers appear and keep doing calmag....so wait 2 to 3 weeks. Transition them over a couple of weeks. They need veg level N for the stretch

They're going to get veg nutes, but I'm going to add tritons trawl and the kraken, they are high in p and k

Wait for flowers to appear unless they are really high in N indicated by a quite dark green leaf, perhaps with a blue tinge on the end

Not sure what I did the last time I changed the nutrient mix but the plant took a turn for the worst so I made a new mix, damn she's got some roots though

                Comment

It's been almost a week since I changed the nutrient mix and the plant is doing better,I need to do a better job at keeping the pH in the right range,6.0-6.2 seems to be the sweet spot

hey Gator, i got a question. what is the cylinder with the ducting attached ?

Carbon filter,I put it on the floor thinking it would help pull the heat from the light down to the floor,I have it on a timer so that it runs 15 minutes every hour and then 15 minutes every two hours when the light is off,I keep a hydrometer on the lid and I'm getting 80° temps at plant level

hey GATOR just a thought, a better type of fan for that app. is called a fan in a can. i used to use them in the hvac field for venting mech. rooms where fumes would sink to the floor
