    Yet another harvest quesiton

I know not to look at leaves for trics. But is that fan leaves or sugar leaves? I am on the fence about where i am in harvest timeline. 1 I cant find the notepad of when i went 12/12 but my best guess is i am 7.5 weeks into a 8-9 week strain.

Some pistils are white on some plants. so thinking dont harvest. but the big thing making me think its not time is the bracts just arent that fat.here are some assorted pics

Those are some fine looking buds. If you took them now you certainly wouldn't be disappointed. That being said, another few days I don't think could hurt. Last year when mine looked good to go I withheld water for a few days and the calyxes really swelled. Great job and enjoy.

Go by the trichomes on the bud/sugar leaves not fan leaves. Also you will find that the buds closest to the light will be ready first.. myself and others I know do staged harvests where we take the top buds off when they showing mixture of cloudy and amber trics leaving the lower growth exposed to the light for another week or two allowing them to firm up and mature then harvest the lot. Some might disagree with this and I guess its up to the individual and their preferences and grow style.

now you know what a bug sees crawlin' around on some good bud. the next time my son comes to visit i'll have him take some pics of my so-called setup. i don't own a cell phone or anything that can take pics. but these damn kids these days don't want to bother with an old man unless they have to

Bewtiful lookin buds there artstone! Damn fine. You still got white hairs but I can see a few amber trichs in that last set of pics. Dilemma is the word. Although I have never done it, but maybe try a couple of days of darkness and water only flush to turn the last pistils red. I have read about it but have never tried it. Nice work!

AllenPro- I clamp it to a small board and clamp the bottom ar to a little steel stool. This way I can get close and not shake.

with it stable like that using the focus ring is much easier.. otherwise when trying to focus I keep losing the location- total pain in the ass.

ill post a pic of how i do it
