    Hi Everyone!

If im not mistaken its yellow and Brown leafs means lack of Calcium. I watered it with filtered tap water which i just informed is not good for the plants. Lack of Calcium?
Also do you think i Should remove the old leafs?
Thank you for your answrs in advance.

It doesn't look like you're lacking anything. When cannabis is budding like yours, the fan leaves will typically yellow as the buds absorb the last of the nutrients from its leaves. I've found that a good source of calcium is powdered oyster shell. It can be found on Amazon at a reasonable price. I bought a 3lb bag over 5 years ago and still have some left. You can remove any spent yellow leaves. Doesn't hurt the plant and is more pleasing to the eye.

I agree most plant will tell you they are getting close by sucking the cal out of the leaves, but it is a bit of a debate on does that have to happen and do buds need more or less cal/mag as they mature. I tried not using cal/mag in the last 3 weeeks because I read Cal/mag can block np&k. After one grow I can call BS that. The chalenge is to try different ratio's of nutrients and try to dial it in.

i've been using purified water too, and now i'm getting conflicting opinions on this also. like if your water has fluoride don't use it ect. doesn't all water in the U.S. have added fluoride? or don't use filtered water because theres no trace nutrients in it. if you find a decent answer to this let me know

      Hello !..

Seems like lack of calcium is right.

Where is your PH at ? calcium intake oscillates around 6.2 to... 6.8 ? up to 7.0, depending on the plant..

      cheers

The soil i ve got is palgrom grow mix with 6.5 pH. Its good for all the other plants. What you think about filtered water? I read on this page filtered water is not good because of lack of Calcium. I use it because where i live the tap water is very hard. But seems to be thats good for plants
        Thank you for your answer!

I see, have you tested the PH of your water ? Where I live I use tap water, but I always check PH levels in the water, some times it needs a lil PH up in my case

Filtered water is fine but it doesn't contain any mineral elements that the plant needs so if your soil is low in any of that you may have to suppliment it.

Rain water also does not contain anything but minor gasses, no essential elements, but plants live on that quite well in nature, but with better soil conditions than you have. So suppliment your soil maybe mid growth.

You don't have long to go so I'd just continue as you are.

That is what I love about Hydro, toxicity and deficiencies are all on the grower and they can turn them around it a few hours where as with soil it takes days or weeks depending
