I'm curious if anyone in the crowd has thoughts on using organic vs nonorganic fertilizers/nutrients in the context of heavy metal content and the fact that cannabis is a bioaccumulator.
I found this page, which has Oregon and Washington listed as states that share heavy metal test results of various soil and soil amending products (click through, it's easy to use, I was using the Washington state database and compared some products, they're listed by brand). Some of the products lowest (near-zero) in heavy metals were the nonorganic ones.
That information has definitely shifted my perspective on what to look for in cannabis fertilizers. Anyone else thinking about this? If so, what are your favorite products for feeding/soil amending?
