Seeds for sale at local grow store!!

Hi,
I was surprised to learn our local (VT) cultivation and hydroponic store (which now has a licensed cannabis shop inside) sells seeds and clones! I have never been in a dispensary because I grow my own and their prices can’t compete. So, I was not aware seeds (sold as hemp seeds) and clones were being sold in a nearby town. No more mail order or money orders for me. They even take credit cards!
You all probably know this is happening, but just thought I’d mention it for those who might not be aware. Next we need a local seed and plant exchange! Any VT or NH folks interested?

They sell seeds at my local grow store too (IL). Open up a catalog and pick your strain. Seeds here are 100% legal even without a med card. Not many know that. I found out on accident. No clones though as far as I know. Only issue is I didn't recognize all but 2 of the strains they sold. All these crazy names and fancy corlorful packaging but questionable genetics. Looked novelty. I'm sticking with my go to place. They start stocking OG Kush, Northern Lights, GSC, GG4, or strains like Jack Herer or Sour Diesel then I would buy from therm,. Also, where I buy my seeds I can see other people's grows and reviews. Reviews include potency, effects, smell, grow rate, bud size, ect. Buy from the grow shop and your guessing or Googling trying to see if it's what you are looking for. Convenience... All on the same website. Guaranteed 100% to germinate or replaced for free of charge, no questions asked. And they accept credit cards...

Here in OK I can get seeds and clones at some of the despos, but many folks have stopped growing as the price of bud is so low "it isn't worth while with oz's at only $30".

$30 an oz!? I just paid $62 for a 1/4 when it was 30% off and 15% med card holder discount. And look at these big ass buds I got. Thats why I grow. Dispensary is a last resort.

Low prices is what happens when the market is flooded. I have not went and looked at the shit, but they have had a sign out front for months "$30-$50 ounces". I grow my own, I know whats been put on it in it, how it was cured ect.. I also have not purchased seed in several years.

In VA. my local hydro store sells Humboldt seeds as well as seeds from a local company that just started up, Culpeper Hemp Company. Amazingly to me you can order clones from them and pick them up at the local farmers market in conservative Culpeper VA . Never thought that could happen when I was growing up here. These are great days we're living.

Yes they are. I still get paranoid about my grow sometimes. Back when I was a kid, I had my hands behind my head and car searched for a roach in the ashtray. On the strip as everyone drove by and seen. At peak cruising time. The cops would look for seeds in the carpet of your car. Not a joke. Joint meant jail. So yeah, kinda weird...

You never forget the name of your bullies. Officer Taylor. That dude had a hard on for me. I had to find alternate ways to get home after drropping off my dad off at work cause he knew I went a certain route and waited. Soon enough, wew, wew... "Mr. ******, I see you didn't come to a complete stop." Or, "Mr. ******, I see you did some illegal lane usage." If I had 5 minutes alone with that fu*K now I'm all grown up and he's retired....

A modern $100 oz is still better than the $100 1/4 I bought back in full prohibition days or the $250 QP brick weed back in high school.
$20 per seed at my local. $20 also gets you a clone. The clones always look sketchy.

I used to get bricks for $90, then they cut them in half and told us the bricks were kilos, that ended the $10 four finger lid and everyone started using scales.

Mine are early-mid '90's prices.
Fun story. To see me, to know me, you would not figure me in a couple of the weed buy's I've made. The sketchiest one was at a biker gang hangout place. The boyfriend of a lady I worked with was in the gang and sold various illegal type items.
Walking in was interesting. From parking my car to the walk to the front door was non-menacing. Folks were more into their beers and conversations than me.
I didn't know I was supposed to knock before going in. I mean, c'mon! It was a party house. But about as soon as I put my hand on the doorknob, all the good people I had just walked past started yelling and walking up behind me.
What cooled them off was me dropping to my knees and putting my hands behind my head like I saw bad guys do on TV when they were getting arrested.
After a couple seconds, someone started laughing. Then everyone started laughing. They thought it was hilarious that I dropped down because I thought I was in a sting. They informed of my faux pas about knocking and I went on with my business.

I used to buy from this dude, but if anyone was there I knew not to use his name as I did not know which one he was using. Showed up one day, house was full of stoners and he was not in site. Sat down and waited, when he came from the back room he looked around and said "the plane did not make it here yet" and said everyone should leave. He then turned to me and said "Richard we need to talk", I followed him to a bedroom with a 4 foot deep pile of California buds. The plane had dropped it off early that morning. All those that ask him about bud went home empty handed, I left with a sack of fine seedless bud, I mean he knew why I was there I need not ask in front of someone that I did not know! Sometimes it pays to keep your mouth shut!

I saw seeds for sale at my local hydro store in Maine, probably the same New England chain you saw them in, great store but a bit more expensive than Amazon. I am kind of picky about who the breeders are so I wont be a seed customer. Lots of places up here sell clones, and I cant say enough good things about North Atlantic Seed Company, they sell clones under a different name, Dirty Bird Genetics I think. Good people
