When do you start counting the weeks to flower for indoor grows with photos?

So when do you start to count the weeks from flowering to harvest? Do you start counting when you flip to 12/12 or after you start to see pre flowering?

Agreed. Usually takes anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks of stretch before you see in signs of flower after flip.

I've found it more consistent to count from the flip, but your mileage may vary.

Well I do the same now I'm indoors but outdoors I didn't try that....not sure my plants would trust me with that info.
