I have to concur with redbeard here - one transplant is more than enough for most situations.
Some people don't transplant at all and start...

I'm kind of lazy - I run two flowering plant's at a time - one in each tent. I don't do much training (hence the laziness), instead I just let them grow....

I think there is a study on this site about flushing vs not flushing and the impact on the final product. Conclusion was it did not seem to make a difference...

I recently wrote down my process which works the majority of the time.
