Never have but how would you blend them in a way that one isn't bumping into the other? Examples of some blends that have worked for you?

I'm yet to grow anything with a name on it from a seed bank...just the same stuff, sativas and a couple of crosses. They don't have names and I've stuck with the main sativas for over 30 years...I like them.

The 2 sativas I have are of the 13 finger leaf variety, one with strong Thai traits and the other often mango terps.

I do mix them sometimes but don't notice much of a difference.

All the seeds are now mixed up so my next breeding run will be interesting.

One blend that comes to mind is AK-47 and Gorilla Glue. I haven't grown either in years This year FreakShow and Purple Punch is popular with friends and family.

I've wondered about mixing buds from different grows but haven't because my stash is all hybrid anyway. I am growing a 100% sativa right now. I am planning to grow landrace cultivars and also try a 100% indica. I can see mixing the two together but haven't really considered at what percentage, i.e, 50/50 or some other ratio. It's hard for me to distinguish the subtleties of the hybrids that I've grown. The effects of the ratios of indica/sativa are not readily apparent to me unless it's closer to 'mostly' either an idica or a sativa. The last two grows were Killer A5 Haze and Super Lemon Haze, both high enough sativa cultivars that I can easily note the difference in the effects of the bud. So, looking forward to more experimentation.

i do it all the time. usually to blend something that is a bit dry with something that is more moist and sticky for the purpose of rolling joints that roll and burn nice. it's always good. my favorite so far was northern lights and super lemon haze. I just put 1/2 of each in the grinder and mix it that way.

Back in my dispensary days I would mix pure CBD strains in with higher THC strains. Mostly for taking the edge off during the day, and some of the benefits of CBD

I do it all the time also. I grew a 1:1 that I mixed with an indica leaning when it was night time. I’ll also mix a less potent, dry or what ever reason shit weed with something else to use it up. I’ll do it with smoke or edibles too

A practice i have used for decades is mixing my strains. I have often grown more of one strain than another with outdoor harvests and only one strain of a really potent strain. Confused yet?? LOL

I do try and keep track of what i do blend if i really like the effects i'll take the time to right down the different strains but since it's all mostly indica hybrid i don't care unless it's not working for my body. If it takes more than 3 joints to do the trick then i don't mix the same blend LOL oh the joy of having your own homegrown dispensary. I did'nt grow enough cake this summer so i'm holding that blend back and using my other strains.

I do this all the time. In wine, I prefer red blends to varietals. The blending of various grapes smooths out the flavor and leads to a consistent product. The exact same is possible with weed. One of my favorite blends is Gorilla Glue and Zkittlez. This will knock your socks off. It helps if you have some idea of the effects you are seeking and the effects of what you have available. If you don't understand what you have and what you want, than you are just guessing.

Just ground up about a 6 to 8 gram bud in my electric grinder a bit over 5 hours ago...mixed it 50 50 with tobacco in standard single rollie paper joint, smoked it and now 5 hours later getting ready for another. Lovely full body relax. No blending. Beautiful smell when ground, not much recognisable terps, no high, no coming off but ready to build on it with another.

True Old's Cool bud as we used to love..all sativa!

This is a practice a have been using a long time. My main strain is Jack Herer with any heavy indica. I move toward more indica as the day goes by. Indica by itself makes me lock up and become sedentary. Jack Herer Fast is a second main strain also. I mix it with a heavy indica. Haze is another to mix Indica with. I grew a freakshow one time and it did well with anything it put with it. Being i hippie i will consume any and all strains giving the chance just to see what happens.
