Clarification

My little diamond decarbing experiment, and Cheetah Piss dabs, got me thinking.
When squares, normies, and talking heads talk about weed, they say it contains the psychoactive THC. Now, that isn't quite right, is it? Unless there has been some sort of natural decarbing going on, there is no THC in weed. There is THC-A.
Is it not more accurate to say weed contains the not-psychoactive THC-A and produces THC?

The state of California disagrees ChubbNugg . We don't care what kind of seed it is if it didn't come from California. If we don't know what it is, we nail it to a cross as a possible agricultural foe. I have an official letter saying such a thing from my first mail order from the Netherlands.
