    Omg...
    I just at a giant plate at a local Mexican restuarant for my wife's birthday. Came home stuffed. Laying on the couch in a food coma to finish watchng the game. And somehow, one look...
    And this made me hungry!

    Yes, bacon, TY. S&P are a given, I think celery salt adds a lot to many things, esp chicken salad.

    A great Swiss chef served Seafood Chowder at his restaurant here. I haven't made the copy cat recipe in 30 years but been thinking about it. I recall sautéing potatoes cubes, onions & carrots then making a roux. Added cream and milk, simmered, then added shrimp, white fish, crab & lobster when appropriate. Feels like I'm forgetting a seasoning or something. I bought canned clam chowder from NE, it wasn't very good. Yours looks yum!

    You know what I love.... Homemade New England clam chowder,(the only clam chowder), with self raked clams, potatoes and onions and even the parsley from the garden. Best you can get on a cold rainy snowy winter night.
