Trying to pre-order two sale items, 4 times, wouldn't go through on laptop, only their website was messing up. Driving over 20 miles to the dispo. Placing the order and sitting, waiting in a room, instead of walking right up to the empty counter. Was told I was giving her too much money. Drive home, WalMart DC semi pulled out causing a hard stop on the highway which made the bad back pug fall off the seat behind me, hard. Get home, open the bag - THEY GAVE ME AN 1/8th of FLOWER instead of the BADDER GRAM I ordered for my screaming neck and headache. Resolution: drive back there tonight, ain't happening. So I have a free jar of weed here that I don't even want. Has anyone smoked 8 inch Bagel?? THC 22% isn't really up to my standards. Free or not. Firecrackers? I don't feel like cooking supper let alone decarbing and baking.
In less than one month I have used 4 different laptops: My second one that died in a year; a borrowed Chromebook while waiting for "paid expedited" delivery and received the wrong model, wrong windows and HDD missing. I used it while waiting for the 2nd one. It's wrong too - model, windows version and a touch screen I don't want. Amazon is now my last resort to shop. They sent me a link to print to return an online purchased protection plan. Send a bag of air? All on my credit card while I limp through winter with a furnace that needs replacing, could take 3 hours to fire up and blow hot air. After 3 days I have Wins 10, not touch screen anymore, and the printer is connected to print a label to ship back the 1st wrong laptop. This has a better SSD, not a silver lining at this point.
What I hate even more is that people traveling I-80 from the west or Iowa stop at the dispo in the next county that is building a $5m pool with weed taxes and that city just got 1/2 a mil to upgrade a park. My stupid town has a prime corner, couldn't be any closer to the 80 exit, sitting empty while our downtown is literally embarrassing to see. I should video the ugly sight. No dispo in my county. We lost a hospital end of January, the other one is thinking of filing BK. Expectant women have to drive an hour to deliver their babies. I live two minutes from the I-80 on ramp, 10 minutes from I-39, not in BFE.
Bad back pug puked for the 4th time in 2 days. I thought he was good after breakfast today, maybe the vet tech's butt probe and then the sudden stop and fall in the car? There needs to be another name for these past 17 months, besides Murphy's Law on steroids. I'm off to feed feral cats for the neighbors on vacation before dark so the raccoons don't eat it all.
