Sort of, 3B. Better than 2 loaves of bread in three days. Way too much peanut butter. Not enough veggies. Like, no veggies.
Spates of tasty, tasty, sugar coated pastries and bags of chocolate. Sodas.
Cutting everything out, including coffee. My stomach is getting too sensitive.
After today's trip I'm loaded on some veggies, V-8, Cheerios, cheese, raisins, and tuna.
I refuse to exercise, so we'll see how it goes.

Yeah. Spent a few days long periods of peanut butter and honey for lack of transportation. Gets me too stopped up. And I've come to hate the shit. I was an extra chunky man. Peanut butter wise, not body wise. Luckily, Walmart was out. Dabber gets her smoothe shoved in a rawhide bone. Otherwise, we are a peanut free family.

Not me, it's nearly a daily staple along with some crackers. Skippy Super chunk. 3% carbs per serving, or Aldi Peanut Delight Chunky for a change. Probably eat three or four servings though. But that is what I look for on food, the carb percent under 4%.

Back in my slim and trim post teen years I would eat a triple decker bread, peanut butter, butter and jelly sammich just to maintain my good looks.

Set yourself a mechanical judas tree.
Get four dead beavers. I don't care how they died. Hang them in the tree by nooses. One on each direction. Have them high up in the tree set on catches. Set triggers under the noosed beavers so when one is tripped, a catch is released and the beavers drop from the tree, in front of the beaver that set off the trap. The trap setter has no idea the hanging beaver before it was dead before it dropped. Maybe use a light bungee cord to give the bodies some bounce.
The trap setter will scat it's pants and run away. Then reset the trap.
