Double batch of chocolate chip cookies - chocolate is made from stevia - no sugar. Not that it really matters the batter has all the sugsrs in it it needs - so - being diabetic there are times when my blood sugar goes too low and I need help to bring it up - so off to the freezer for the lot.

And I'll show you after I make the easiest dinner rolls ever - whole wheat of course. And their easy to make - cuz there is no kneading involved - no machine either- just in a bowl. And who needs to knead if there is no need for it - I could go on with that one but my stew needs to be tended to.

Ok..! Ok..! This is really my last picture. Because I'm not at my little place in the Yucatan this winter we usually have this for dinner. It's call "empanadas de cazon", a kind of a fish calzon.

So, it's simple.

Toast a couple breads.

Schmear em with crunchy peanut butter and sprinkle with Honey Nut Cheerios.
