Yes and you can talk through your computer (or phone's) microphone to the camera.

So, the upgrade didn't go all that well and I'm still setting up my other system (the one dedicated to the camera) so the feed will be down for a bit longer while I work things out.

NOTE: The Ellz GrowCam will be down for a few hours today as I upgrade my computer. I expect the outage to last about 3 hours at the most.
