Yep real basil and oregano PRIMO. And Gingerbeard after laying supine for long periods of time and I tell this to my hubby also cause he's a dizzy bird when first sits up, just sit and take 15-30 sec. before you stand. We can't pop up like toast in a toaster our brains need more oxy gun
