First ever attempt at cultivation. Greatest lesson I’ve learned since December is research first. That said, I had to rearrange the girls in the tent today and it gave me the chance to grab these photos of a Green Gelato Auto (RQS) I was hoping to sample at the eclipse here in Ohio next month. That might be a little tight.

Looking a bit stretched like a couple of my autos. How far away is the light?

        Woot won't, ohigho fam

I think the issue is that it’s a cheap light. (Refer to the observation regarding research, above.) I’ve kept the light 8 - 12 inches above the plants. Yes, there are three in that little tent. (Again…) I’m having a blast, though, and continue learning. I’ve got space for an outdoor experiment - just biding my time. I’ll invest in a better light before another indoor grow. The autos do seem to grow pretty fast!

They look healthy that is for sure. Next run look to learn how to train your plant.

That’s one of the things that has really humbled me in finding this forum - the way so many of you have trained your plants! I was pleased to see the things growing, but now I see some bigger opportunities. Thanks for the encouragement!

We've all been there Bro! One step at a time. YOu've learned how to care for a cannabis plant going into flower. Now you just need to take it to harvest and start your next round with an emphasis on training her to the shape you would like to see.

Two young gelato cake mothers. And five of their clones. I sure hope my survival rate is better than last time. 20% is really terrible. I'd be ok with 50%. But It seems like had much better success rate then that in the past.

      My method.

      Take cuts
      Dip in CloneX
      Solo cup and FFOF
Bag and mist twice a day
      Water as needed
Wait until clone starts showing new healthy growth
      Transplant

The end is near...might start cutting this weekend. Everyone is droopy and get REALLY top heavy when they need water. And dirtymike, the smell is very sweet and fruity during lights on....but when the lights go out, Kushy Kush smells like cat piss....no joke. Odd that it isn't very pungent when the lights are on. Bruce has quite a few big fatty colas. cookies and cream are an easy plant to grow and nice smoke too. Kushy is extremely frosty albeit a bit smelly. Some sticky bud pics!!

Thank you SoOrbudgal, its never ideal here growing thru winter but the summer stash is running dry. I think when these are finished I'm gonna try a run at autos again. Haven't grown them in 6yrs so i hope it'll be like riding a bike...although the last time I rode a bike took a pretty good spill and broke a couple of ribs..now that i think about it, that may be a terrible idea, lol

Oh shit homegrown that was painful. I'd love to do another indoor run of something after this grow. Man i know i'm nearly out also and been doing that walk of shame mixing it up with the outdoor from last summer. I found a nice mostly indica strain been buying for $4 gram but they cut deals on 1/2oz it's called " Stairway to Heaven" i could'nt pass it up. Saw them at the LA forum early 70's rocked my world.

The 4 at the back are the autos RED CBD x AK47....drinking heaps. Will be on full flower nutes come end of the week

The fat centre front is an Orange Zkittles x Sour Diesel photoperiod, also drinking heaps. Topping it this week for cloning. It will be a big clone going into an aeroponics cloning bucket along with a few other lower branches for clones. I done almost zero training on this one but about to start...3 weeks too late but she'll recover.

The 2 at the front are also photoperiod seedlings. One on RHS WW X SD about 3 weeks ahead of the one on the left a sativa, I think.

Balancing light, doing 4 different nute mixes, 5 really as the mutant auto is a bit behind and still getting a balance of veg and bloom nutes, and watering by hand requires commitment. Breaking a few leaves off by accident, manually watering so autos will go to auto watering once on full bloom nutes.

Have picked up a 200 odd + litre second hand wine fridge I am fixing also...the new dry room. Might hold 2lb trimmed if I'm lucky.
        Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan. Lighting and climate automated. Hand watering.
Veg Cupboards: Two 4x2x6H cupboards. SF2000 Evo in one SF7000 in other. Climate controlled and automated. Hand watering
Aeroponics Low Pressure Bucket: 20W LED. 5 clones & 20W LED 11 clones
Lights: Mars Hydro FC-E1200W, SF-7000, SF-2000 evo in flower room.
Medium: Coco/perlite, 7.2gal pots, no drains
Current Grow: 5 x Photos Franklin's Orange Zkittles x Sour Diesel in flower room, 3 Franklin's White Widow x Sour Diesel Clones, 13 x Orange ZkittleZ x Sour Diesel clones in Aeroponics buckets x 2.

Still got problems with the bud leaves, likely N toxicity, definitely not wind, heat or light burn.

The above is of 1 plant, far rear LHS. Its the 1 of 4 autos that has struggled the most, its behind on growth throughout the grow. The 3 other autos are going well, only 1 of them showing the tiniest of leaf curl which I suspect is minor N toxicity. EC is bloom 1.6/1.7 and calmag to 1.9. I plan on reducing the calmag to the one above and upping the bloom EC a fraction across all 4. The other 3 need the calmag, few leaves with rust spots. pH 6.15. No nute burn on anything
        Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan. Lighting and climate automated. Hand watering.

Repotted Ayahusca mom to 5 gal and scrogged in. 1 clone in 3 gal to fill out tent. Small clone is new mom.

Just bonded out of trim jail for a day...one more plant to go, then i'll be free. This bunch stinks to high heaven. Cut down Bruce Banner first and she had a lot of big lollypop stems. Next were the two Cookies and cream that were grown in 3 gal pots...they were even fatter than Bruce! Kushy Kush is next..she'll take a while to trim. I had to moved everything out to the shop cause they smell so strong. Help me......
