Great pics, UrbZ!! I can really see in some pics how the capitate trichomes are beginning to form heads, just barely distinguishing themselves from the stalk! It gives me a lot more perspective on how the development of the head or bulb works!!Anyone can grow schwag. If you want to grow top shelf bud, study hard: https://www.growweedeasy.com

You can definitely see what makes a trichome ready and what ones need more time.
These pics are all mid level buds from each plant. I didnt take tops right from under the lights. I figured these buds would be a better indication of the whole plants readiness over a top.
From the looks I am thinking a week for tent 1. They are 60/40 indica/sativa. I want just at amber with them if possible.
Tent 2 I am sure the Grape God, Purple Urkle and The black 1 will also be a week. The Black 2 is the one I want to pull a bit earlier. But it seems its getting about a week as well. Thats when one week of flush is over.
Pretty much every bud I snipped last night smelled premature. 1 smelled like mature bud, but they got mixed up and I dont remember which plant it come from.
After looking at these what is your opinion?

It's difficult to say: Are these supposed to be low aroma strains? Smell for me is one of the indications of harvest readiness. And of course, you can always harvest top buds first, leave lower buds on...
Freshly cut bud is always gonna smell like fresh cut bud, but you should smell terpenes. It never smells the same after it's dried and curing.

Well none of them ended up being low odor really. The black smells strong like chronic. The grape ape smells strong like woodsy grapes. The urkle has no real smell. I am attributing this to her being ill for 3 weeks. The torpedoes are overwhelming smell of bubble gum and chronic.
Just by triches alone what is your opinion, I would like to weigh as many opinions as possible.

First one to harvest is getting the final chop and trim tomorrow. I took all of the fan leaves and larfly off tonight, shes only gonna get 12 hours of dark. Been fed only water and sugar twice and water with flawless finish once in a week. This is the 1 plant of the 2 that are the same strain. I wanted to pull one early and 1 later. This one is about 95%/5% cloudy/clear. No amber present at all. The second from this strain I will pull maybe 20% amber or so.
Pretty sure her take will me minimal. Theres more I think I could have chopped that wont amount to much. Still excited to get one under my belt. Plus maybe the extra time the others will fatten up a bit more.

Got her hanging in my bedroom closet, as no tent is available to dry right now. Environment is not 100% desired but should suffice. Its 70° F and 40% RH. Im thinking with the lower humidity and smaller size of her buds she might only hang for 3 days before being jarred. Took about an hour of trimming.4 Photos
