Hey guys was wondering if anyone has used this specific product (or anything similar) to add into their grow. Any advice on the quantity and how often i should use it would be great as i am a novice grower, thank you.

I have used that same exact brand.
I mix a tablespoon per gallon every other time I water.. I grow in soil, I give molasses to feed the microbes in my dirt. They help the plants by breaking down the soil and sharing enzymes with the roots. This is true organic gardening. Living soil.
There are also some trace minerals in the molasses.
Others have varying reasons why/how they use it.

I used that exact product in my grow (in super soil). 1 tbsp per gallon for the (estimated) last month of flower, every watering. All 5 plants turned out great. One thing to watch is that it changes the pH of your water, so make sure you test after you add it. In my case, it brought ~9.0 water down to 6.5, so I no longer needed to add pH down. Bonus!

Yup, what these guys all said. Any brand of unsulphured molasses will do, organic is a nice bonus. The sulphur is in the preservative that might kill off the microbes you're trying to feed.
Some say you can use it throughout your grow, even during veg and flush.Nothing is foolproof for the sufficiently talented fool.

Right, but is there any benefit when running Coco with chem nutes (e.g. Flora series)?

Good points. The microbes are breaking down soil into nutrients, like the nutrients that we're blending into our buckets of water, therefore the microbes have nothing to do... No trabajo, no cerveza, but that's backwards.
