Hey Blazed227, yeah, its the strain where you get those big harvest. Them seed banks do a good job of predicting the heights, an weights an harvest times, but that's why they always say that there is 4-5 different phenos, cause they don't know exactly what that plant is gonna grow like. Their good but they aint no where close to what farmers around me that grow corn an soybeans can do. They know exactly hot tall that corn an soybeans will get.The first auto I ever grew was a northern lights auto an she got huge an I got over 6 ozs.off her, the other autos I've grown ain't come close to that.
Usually 2-4 ozs dry.

Out of two WaterFarm hydro grows, I've gotten 4-6 oz per Farm. (2) 300W LED and (1) 315 CMH. GH Flora Trio, 100% per recirculating 12 week feed chart, all from clones.
I had been putting two clones in the Farms for the first two grows. This third one, I just put one clone per Farm. Two plants seems to result in one very strong girl and one that looks totally put upon.
Looking at the plants I've grown in this environment, its obvious strain is a dominant factor re yields. The strains I get are not chosen for being high yield.

I grow under two 1000w hps and I average 3-4oz per plant. It is definitely strain dependent as some strains are difficult to get 3oz while others are happy pumping out 4+oz per plant dry. It's also dependent on how many plants you have going on.
My favorite and prized strain only puts out 3oz per plant, but it doesn't matter because it's my favorite. So if you do the math it's quite low for the grams-per-watt rating but that's why we are all here and trying to learn right?
Someone out there right now is getting 3lbs per light and that would be cool.

I don't think lack of light is your problem. Learn to dial in your setup and growing technique / style to get the most possible out of your current lights which should be more than enough for a good yield. No point adding more light if something else is limiting your yields.
I got 8oz from two different unknown autos strains by Grass O Matic on my first grow. 600W HPS & Coco. I think one was 3.5oz one was 4.5oz. Used General Hydroponics trio + calmag
Last grow I got 20oz from 3 Auto Afghan Kush Ryder from World of Seeds. Didn't weigh individual plants as they were all the same strain. 600W HPS & Coco Again but this time using full General Hydroponics line.Completed auto grows 3

Morning 227, Yeah, it amazes me how humongous some can get, we've had a bunch so tall-big, we had to bend them over 90degrees an stake em down with rope just to hold em down an all the branches would grow straight up with baseball bat size heads on em. Amazing plants when grown outdoors in good weather an conditions, some years lots better weather than others though, but I love outdoors growing.
