You know what i hate?

I did that job for years between USMC and HVAC, hated it. Unstacking and restacking, my back hurts thinking about it. Either 120 degrees in the trailer or absolute zero
 
And the produce on the bottom?
Yeah. You should take a few pictures and send them to the warehouse. Make an amusing meme out of it.
 
... realizing I'm taking about $2,250 in medication every week! Not every month. Not every year. $2,250 a freaking week! Po' as I am. Sweet Jezuz! If I were not so po' I wouldn't be able to afford my medication. I got a pill that's north of $20, per. One shot is $2,000. One shot is worth many times everything else I own. Note to all you would be home invaders: Check the refrigerator for meds. That's the real score. Sweet baby Jezuz!
Does this make me part of the problem?
To afford healthcare, you need to be either very wealthy or very poor.
You middle class, you working class. So much for your labors, wot?
 
I hope that you mean you are getting the care that you need. I'm so opposed to our so-called health care system I could spit. It's not about someone's health or the care they receive or need it's about who gets paid.
 
Too early to tell about the shot. It's one of those 'could take up to' medicines. I have $24,000 worth of shots to go through before I can tell if they work. I'm half-way there and worse off than I was before.
As fucked up as those last two sentences are, it's pretty well true. Without some sort of insurance or cut-rate prescription plan, who the hell can afford $20 a day for a single pill? Even my best job wouldn't have covered something like that.
The US is the first and fifth largest economy in the world when you throw in California. But we're one that doesn't provide for the public health. Again, sorry to the working class. It's the poor and indigent who get the perks. Keeps us off'n the streets.
And vets. Vets got perks coming out of everywhere!
 
This milk is dated 3-20, I marked it all down to 99 cents today, when I go back to work Thursday, I'll have to dump whatever is left, such a waste 😔

I had the opportunity to observe two different grocery retail operations. Both were the same Waste waste waste. The meat products that were routinely tossed in the dumpster was appalling. I inquired about diverting some of that to food banks. The response was it is short date and we don't want the liability of someone getting sick from a short date item. Same for the produce, seafood, and anything perrishable. Makes me sick to think about it.
 
Exactly!!! It's soooo frustrating, I've asked the same questions and got the same response,I even asked if I could pass it out the back door to the tweakers or whatever,can't even do it on the sly 🦊
 
Shit like this makes me want to put my tool belt back on, but that's never gonna fly with the kids and my girl lol 😆
 
The entire system of how this country runs is appalling and needs to change. People starving while food literally goes to waste is infuriating!
 
It's all about that liability thing and the liars, cheaters, and thieves. If someone poops funny from eating a free out-of-date thing, lawsuits are a-comin'. With several stores' return policies, you can get a free broken thing and return it to the store as a purchased broken thing and get money for it.
Figure this. If you buy something that is out of date or goes out of date soon after purchase, it's your fault and you should have been paying attention. If you are given something for free that is out of date or goes out of date soon after the gift, it is the giver's fault for giving you something bad. It's that 'No good deed goes unpunished' axiom.
Finally, get on the store employee who ordered way more than the store can sell. That person just cost your store boats of money.
 
I hate that i don't own my house because my house wouldn't be fucking flooding right now ( I'm taking a break so i don't stroke out). I hate landlords that use rentals as income when that's not how it's supposed to be! If they cared about the property they wouldn't cut corners and go cheap. I hate that I've allowed myself to be in this situation . It is my own fault and i REALLY FCKN HATE THAT
 
I hear ya on that, when I went downstairs to check on my girl, there was a stream of water flowing under my tent, luckily I put the humidifier and heater up on something to keep them off the floor 😮

Hey AMP , I feel your pain, my cellar floods once in a while and not a thing I can do do about but move. I've owned it for years and it sits on ledge. depending on which direction the rain comes and how much we get. even a sump pump doesn't do much when it's coming in EVERYWHERE. good luck

I did a new roof, new gutters and a curtain drain, its coming up thru the bedrock ledge under the house. thank god it's only 1-2 times a year and some years nothing. b-4 I got hurt i put the furnace and water heater on blocks so no damage just a pain in the pistacheos
